This is a great market area located in Lynnfield. Once you get by the challenge of finding a parking spot, everything else is gravy. All kinds of stores and restaurants. Some of the top winners for me first of all is the Apple Store. You also have Trader Joe's and Legals.. the yard house is also great. And you have kings for entertainment. I haven't even got started there so many stores. It's a little challenging in the winter with the snow, but it's still a great place to come always has a great atmosphere going on. Anyway good luck with the parking where you're purchasing food to take home and cook or hitting one of the restaurants for drinks. There's a great tequila place that I like in the marketplace. I'm sure you can fulfill any clothing, shoes, hair, dye, restaurant, entertainment, etc., etc. check it out great place. read more

Cute outdoor shopping and restaurant spot! There is a nice area in the middle with activities, seating, etc. (in the winter for example, they put in a little outdoor ice skating rink.) The shops are pretty good, but more of a targeted spot if you know where you want to go, otherwise good to just poke around as it has a variety. Restaurants are good too. There are quick/casual grabs and nicer/mid-upper sit downs. Plenty of parking, but have to know where to go. I recommend parking on the backside as the inside is a one-way, loop around with way less spots and more commotion. read more

I like the outdoor concept though I don't know on snowy winter days or blistering hot days how this concept would be. We were meeting friends at Alchemy for an early lunch and then my friend sent me to a specialty store to shop! I do like that it is mixed use space that has apts, medical facilities, stores and restaurants all within a walking distance that most can handle. There is a large green space so I can only assume on certain days you do get activities going on here (at least one would hope!). (The last place I went to similar to this in Tampa, FL they had trivia contest for people and I actually won a $100 gift certificate to a nearby restaurant!). This space is about 8 years old and it is good that they have a few non chain stores here - that's what I look for in a good find! There are a lot of chain stores that you recognize here as well - CPK, Yardhouse, Nike, Gap, Apple and J. Crew. So I'm sure that attracts a certain customer as well! I'll be back I'm sure! read more

I can't say enough how poorly this shopping area was designed. We can start with the parking. You drive into a gauntlet of narrow rotary's, winding roads, angled parking, crosswalks galore, U turns, intersections coming out of nowhere and pedestrians having to cross across all of this to get from store to store, side to side. Aside from the common sense parking lots behind the buildings the whole traffic flow design is congested and treacherous! Perhaps little bridges to walk over the Storrow Drive of the North Shore would be a better thought out plan then having to walk in front of distracted drivers trying to find a place to park and/or the establishment they want to dine at! Also, the handicap parking is a joke. I tried taking my handicap mother to a restaurant, The parking space was still too far for her to walk from to the restaurant, we couldn't even pull up to a door to drop her off as there is nowhere to pull safely to the side to do this. So we had to eat someplace else. Besides that who thought an open air mall in one of the coldest places in the country was a good idea? I remember back in the 60's and 70's when they were enclosing malls, i.e. The North Shore Mall, it's a more pleasurable experience to be in a climate controlled environment when it's below freezing many months of the year. Once you get past the chaos of the driving and finding a parking space. You need to play "find the store I want to go to" unlike a mall where you walk straight down the center and the stores are all line up, there is buildings hiding behind other buildings. It's like a scavage hunt trying to find where you want to go, and it's not enjoyable when it's snowing, raining, icy or just too dang hot or cold! There is no rhyme or reason to any of this design. Also, for the most part, the stores are filled with pretentious bored housewives who many of them NOT ALL but mostly are too stuck up to help you. read more

Overall, we had a great time shopping here with one exception - Lunette Optic. Plenty of high end stores to choose from. We made clothing purchases at lululemon, Eddie Bauer, the Gap, Tommy Bahama, Vineyard Vines, etc. The stores were clean and bright and the service was right on point. But we had the worst shopping experience ever at Lunette. Our first and last time at this chain. That place was super sketchy, rude and dishonest. While shopping with a friend and her teenage daughter, yesterday 11/10/24, the daughter tried on a pair of pants that one leg was noticeably shorter than the other. My friend, trying to do the right thing, went to the counter and pointed it out. A woman took the pants from her and, as we turned to leave, the women behind the counter burst out laughing at my friend! I did not want to make a scene with her daughter there, but we ALL heard it! Such RUDENESS should never be tolerated and you can be sure the Loft has lost many more than 3 customers! read more

As a last resort at reaching someone I am leaving a review. All I could reach on your website is a chatbot. Tried to call there were 37 people waiting before me. No email address to reach out that way. Something needs to be said about the manager in the Lynnfield MA store. She has a poor attitude on more than one occasion when I have been in there. I'm sorry but do not give customers that are spending $100 per item an attitude! My most recent visit I tried to return a pair of Align jogger pants that are to big in the ankle cuff and hang off my legs. I have about 20 pairs of Align 21" pants that fit me fine I just wanted to exchange the jogger I can not use for the one I can. I wore them one time before I realized this so yes I took the tag off. I had a major surgery, then a cellulitis infection which put me in the hospital for a week with a two month recovery-then I got covid so I could not come in to return them in a timely manner. She did not care about any of this. I brought the Align jogger up to the register to ask for an even exchange (along with a pile of other clothes I was going to purchase which I then left there!) and she refused to let me exchange them. She said them hanging off my leg was not a quality issue. HOWEVER she allowed my friend to do an even exchange for an Align pant with an Instill pant that cost $30 more after she told her she wore 15 times but it rolls down her stomach. My friend is NOT a Lululemon shopper that is the only purchase she has ever made with your store. I on the other hand spend thousands upon thousands on your clothes, and had a valid reason for not being able to get back to the store on time. Why did she need the tag she can look up the purchase right in the computer system along with the others I have made over the years I have made there! So how is the pant that rolls down off my friends fat stomach deemed a quality issue but the one that hangs off my ankle not? It's the same exact thing-they just did not fit right. This manager Taylor is very bad for your business. She does not care about customers, she did not care that I was leaving a pile of clothes at the register she even rolled her eyes at me. A manager of such an expensive store should NEVER treat customers the way she treated me the other day. I own a business and I would never risk losing a customer that spends so much money with me. Something needs to be said, cooperate needs to know about the way she treats customers and I can not even figure out how to get through to cooperate you don't even have an email address listed on your website and I am certainly not going to wait while you deal with 37 people before me to speak to someone so I guess I will just post this as a review anywhere I can hoping it finds it's way to whomever her boss is because my experience with a store I used to love and now refuse to give another penny to was unacceptable! read more

The most disrespectful customer service I've ever seen. The store clearly closes at 9 PM (based on hours posted on Google and that there were still shoppers inside) but as I was walking up at 8:36 PM, 5 feet from the door, an employee locked the door in my face. Then the rest of the employees (at least 3 others) proceeded to ignore me for the next 20 minutes while I stood at the door. When I knocked, they looked at me and then disappeared to the back of the store. There was a customer in the store shopping and buying throughout this entire time. When they let the customer out, they claimed that they closed early because of store renovation. Clearly they were just putting some clothes away and ignoring customers. Absolutely unacceptable, this store is an absolute disgrace to Lululemon and all of the employees who were working at 8:30pm on Wednesday, May 18th should be fired. read more

I enjoy going to MarketStreet. It's a great development and it has plenty of stores I like, plus nice outdoor areas. I wish they would've made more an effort to have local shops and eateries, like Mosaic in Virginia. It is very heavy on the chains, hence the four stars. You would assume you would have a pleasant experience, but the amount of unsupervised teens/pre teens loitering is ridiculous. They are loud in and out of the stores. I even watched a group of young girls steal a hair clip and pants from a store. I recall a year or two ago that this mall had a curfew, they should definitely reinstate that so actual shoppers can enjoy their time at this mall. I started shopping at Burlington or NorthShore. Lynnfield is awful. No reason to go there and be miserable. read more

This place is terrible. Whoever designed the roads and parking at Market St needs their engineering degree revoked. There is ONE road that snakes through the complex, with very little parking. As cars try to back out of parking spaces it causes massive traffic jams. Than you have 5 cars fighting for said space. Its a joke. Your better off parking in the remote lots and walking. read more

Excellent place! Went to try it out today. Outdoor shopping where Dogs on leash are welcome. This was a dream come true! (Tip: the stores that allows dogs in have dog stickers on their windows & poop bags were provided for free!!) Kids and adult can play the free games on the lawn ( in front of JP licks) as well as enjoy the ambient with the thousands of benches and outdoor seating. I will definitely be back. It was a great place to hang around and not bad stores in the plaza either. read more

We love MarketStreet, it has a great selection of stores in close proximity. The biggest negative is the way that the parking is arranged, it causes a backup to try to park and leave parking. For this, I took off 2 stars, because it is very poorly designed. For the stores at the location, I would definitely give MarketStreet a solid 5 stars. read more

Super cute outdoor mall! They have your standards - Ann Taylor Loft, Justice, Paper Store, Eastern Mountain Sports, American Eagle, Express, Victoria's Secret, Gymboree, J Jill, Pottery Barn, Sephora, Starbucks, Yankee Candle, etc and then they throw in the welcomed surprise of Wagamama's, Teavana, Whole Foods, FuGaKyu and a Kings Bowling! Blew my mind! I drove in just to check it out and ended up wandering around taking it all in. They even have an outdoor ice skating rink! What is this magical place?!? One star deduct for a somewhat small parking lot, but it is a really charming change of pace from the local malls. They seem to have room to grow so I'd be curious to see what opens next. They have so many new stores and restaurants popping up at Market Street. It's a great collection and you could do pretty much everything. The set-up is a bit wonky which is the only reason I give it 4 stars. It can be difficult to know where some of the stores are and it definitely takes quite a bit of walking around which I don't mind, but may be difficult for some. It is beautiful going here in the summertime, but it's horrible for parking! This is especially the case during peak hours. Parking behind Pottery Barn and Wahlburgers or in the lot behind Legal Sea Foods is your best bet if you don't mind walking. read more

I enjoy traditional malls, since we New Englanders sometimes need to escape the winter weather. However, this mall is refreshing with its outdoor spaces and seating. Interesting variety of stores here too, both chains and local retailers. Plenty of dining and entertainment options. Much nicer than the outdoor malls that place big stores around a giant parking lot. The design of MarketStreet is more people-oriented and feels a bit like some of the California outdoor malls. read more

Market street lynnfield is like a dream to me because I'm not keen on going to a traditional shopping mall. Love having brunch/lunch or dinner at yard house, sweetgreen, davios, or gaslight. Davios has an excellent brunch menu but I feel gaslight's brunch menu is a bit lacking (I like it there for dinner better). Great destination for an afternoon or evening out. Outdoor mall that contains typical mall stores, as well as others that are more of a novelty. In addition, there are good restaurants, bars, and entertainment, so there is something for everyone. Nice to walk around here on a sunny day, but also a good spot to occupy oneself when the weather is bad. Very similar to Legacy Place in Dedham. However, MarketStreet has more green space with benches for relaxing. In addition, there is a small ice skating rink in the Winter which is nice because there are few outdoor rinks in the area. Otto Pizza is fantastic. Looking forward to trying out Muse Paint Bar. Halfway between the larger indoors malls (Burlington and Northshore Mall in Peabody), so MarketStreet is well situated. Parking can be a little bit of a challenge, but overall a less hectic experience than going to the larger, aforementioned malls. read more
