They're heavily promoting their Maeve brand. They also had a little shoe feature which I hadn't seen before. I checked out the sale items & they had a good selection, but nothing caught my eye. Then as I was poking around the Maeve section, I noticed a really cute white button down with embroidered horses on it. Then I spotted a couple of sweaters with a horse motif, some really adorable red trousers & a red shirt that said "Ciao Bella". I brought the goods into the changing room, and ultimately decided on the white blouse with the horses. I was happy to note that there is a 20% discount for students and teachers as well. Anthropologie skews on the higher end for everything from clothes, to candles, to toiletries & costume jewelry. Prices get a little better for sale items, but most of the time, everything is still pricey. Anthropologie's clothes do tend to be well-made and quality on the whole & when building or curating your wardrobe, you can find some pieces that will be favorites for years to come. Suede... lined with shearling, with more shearling on the cuffs and collar. Designed by Mother, $450. I wanted to take it home with me. Then I checked the label... 100% polyester. Anthropologie, what on earth are you doing selling an almost $500 after taxes jacket that's made of plastic??? I walked around and so many things were a similar circumstance. Who is curating these stores?? People don't come into Anthropologie to buy trash bags and get a headache and burning lungs from air freshener or whatever it is they pump into the air. Bring back the integrity of the store. Otherwise, you're just a severely overpriced SHEIN, Temu, Amazon. The girls who worn here are always nice though, not their fault corporate is ruining the brand.

For example, I was greeted warmly by Melissa today and she helped me pick out a few new outfits to try on. She gave me honest feedback and insightful styling advice, but with no pressure. She had an authentic interest in helping me find a piece that was functional for my lifestyle and that was special enough to help me feel like my best self. To top things off, as I'm walking out, she recalls that I had a son at home and asked if he might want a small packet of gummy bears. This may seem like a small gesture, but it's more than that to me-- she remembered me, she remembered him, and she cared. She cared enough to offer him a cheery moment (even if she wasn't there to witness or get credit). That's so cool. Well, even if Tucci wasn't conveniently located in the same shopping center as Philz coffee and Jimbo's, I'd still make the trip to visit Tucci because they're worth it!

Long story short, she would not budge on her 14 day return policy! I even offered to forfeit the full retail price and use the sales price of the other 2 pair hanging on the rack in the store. Given it was a gift and my friend probably purchased them a little while prior to my Birthday, a 14 day period is far too short and ridiculous when you are talking about a gift. It's not easy talking to a male associate about women's clothing questions but he must have handled other similar situations as he knew right away what I was speaking about. I have never had one of their associates give me solutions/options when I didn't there would be any. It's a smaller location but Mason took the time to find items that happened to be in the back. It's street parking so it can be tricky during peak hours (such as lunch time today). I'd return just for the service as they went above and beyond today.

My wife needed help finding a couple of items, and one associate spent a few minutes helping her find them. I explored the men's and kitchen sections and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the items there. There were a couple of All-Clad frying pans I almost purchased, but then I was reminded that I already have a similar one! Silly me! My wife, on the other hand, found a few clothing items that she tried on and really liked, so, unlike me, she did not walk out empty-handed.

Not only is this store beautiful and pristine, the service is by far one of the best experiences I have ever had on a consistent basis. I cannot say enough about the Store Manager, Jamie. She is friendly, courteous, willing to go the extra mile for her clients, and very reliable. I have visited this particular store with my husband several times and have left with so many incredible pieces. Jamie takes time to ensure that her clients are happy, have access to a variety of sizes/options, and experience top notch service!
