I apparently had a SSD card go bad I was told at first it was a mechanical drive, I told them to go ahead and replace the bad card, I had three of them after all. When they got back to me later it was confirmed the SSD card went bad which was really bad because that card had the windows operating system on it. It was implied that all of my disk drives were bad and needed to be replaced I told them to do what was necessary. The SSD was replaced and they pulled both of my hard drives and added another SSD for no apparent reason because my mechanical drives were just fine, worse they were going to dispose of them without transferring my files!! I could have lost years of files for NO reason. I made them give me my drives (thankfully) because they saved nothing that was on my computer. When I got home and realized how bad it was (and still is windows 11 sucks) I reinstalled both drives yanked one of their replacements. Since then I have wasted 10 hours trying to restore my computer and my files. NOT happy!! I know from past experience that it will take 2 months to find and fix all of the bugs and have all of my files running again. Why in the Hell were my functional drive pulled and not synced up with the new SSD drive? I am frustrated and dreading the hours more work that lays ahead.

He provided my name and the information needed for me to be able to pick it up at drop off, as well as paid for the part, shipping, and labor, $360. The owner (DJ) said it would take a week at most. - it took 3 weeks for me to get my phone back, a LOT of hassle, and I provided my own part. He was called 3 times over the course of 3 weeks, all less than 5 minute phone calls, and very cordial. When I and my boyfriend went back to inquire about a refund and getting it back after not getting fixed for over 2 weeks, the owner (DJ) refused, stating that it was not his fault that the company he ordered from experienced quality control issues and he was unable to obtain the part or fix my phone in a timely manner or the promised time frame. When I stated that I would like to have my phone back so I could take it elsewhere, he would not give it back to me, and accused me of "harassing him", when I stated that he had been called a grand total of THREE times over the course of 2 weeks, all very politely, he backpedaled. He then told me that if I could find the part to replace the screen, he would refund me what he had charged me for the screen, which was a total of $260 between the part and the shipping, Otherwise I would have to wait until he could procure a screen. I sourced MY OWN phone screen, only to not be refunded, costing me $360 for someone to put a new screen that I provided myself, onto my phone, a task that takes approximately 1 hour. I get electronics from…read morepeople all of the time with no power supplies, always go here to find what I need for them as well as caps, motherboards, Case PSUs, older ram and processors, etc., etc. They have a lot of boxed new equipment too. Don't expect the cheapest prices around, that said, they try to be competitive and have saved my skin more than once by having that part that couldn't be found anywhere else. Oh yeah, they also take in old PCs for recycling.

I remembered doing it 7 yrs ago and didn't want the frustrations and stress again. Jonathon showed up when he said he would and took the time needed to get it right the first time. I am very pleased that I can walk into my office, sit down, and have 000 issues on the computer. Jonathon is not cheap. But I feel I got what I paid for, and that's what counts.
