I was introduced to Dave. He showed empathy and without hesitation agreed to help. Dave took the details for my sisters funeral location, date and more importantly, visitation date. He then made contact personally by phone with a international floral service that had contacts for fulfillment in the City my sister lived in. He arranged everything even though he was not getting a direct sale. All information was passed to the International fulfillment and I am more than pleased to say the flowers arrived on time for the visitation and funeral.
