Quality of Work - 4.5 My main reason for calling was being unable to confidently swap a bidet on one of my toilets because the nut leading to the plunger was too tight or stripped. Dan, their plumber, was a friendly guy who arrived right on time, even calling about 20 minutes prior to verify his arrival.
