They have helped me to diagnose my condition, set me up with a specialist, and keep my pain and swelling and anxiety under control while I wait for my Rheumatologist appointment. This place is a joke.. They allow dogs in the place and also back in the examination rooms... Clear your schedule for the day of your appointment. You'll sit in the waiting room for an hour even if you show up early. I suggest doing what we do and just show up 20 minutes late and they bring you back pretty quick. Then you'll still have to wait 20 minutes for the Dr to come talk to you and she'll only be in there for about 2 minutes. My fiancé has spent as much as 2 hours here for a basic appointment. When he asked why it takes so long their only reply was they are an urgent care center also but as you walk through the patient rooms are almost always empty. read more

I went to the Hixson location today and had the best experience. I felt the staff went above and beyond to not only help me but most of all LISTEN. I have never had a provider feel SO personal in getting to know me as a patient and understanding my needs, along with offering so many options for resources. The service rendered at this clinic was horrendous to say the least. It is almost seems like a scam to be seen here. It has been over 2 months and we have yet to receive any of our test results back. My partner and I are being charged more than 200 dollars for results that we haven't even received. What is even more awful is the attitude of the people that work here. Especially the receptionist named Kassie who was working Saturday 9/5. She was incredibly rude and condescending. Kassie had the audacity to call my partner a liar. Fast Access Health in the shopping center with the Publix, will try to rip you off and charge you extra for things, please read my story below, this is what happened to me & my wife recently. In Dec 2019, My wife was having heart problems, we were concerned because she had never been in bad health before. I was between jobs and had very limited money, which is something I clearly expressed to the folks at Fast Access healthcare when we went for our consultation. The Doc & folks at FAST ACCESS proposed a price that would cover the assessment of my wife's health & give us the information as a result at our follow-up visit. They did a Blood Pressure test, listen to her lungs, did an in house Electrocardiograph (EKG) which provides the rhythm of the heart and detects abnormalities. They gave her a heart monitor to wear for 24 hours and took her blood for a CBC (complete blood count) in other words a blood test, all this for $390. So I paid for it & returned the heart monitor the next day. The Doc was to busy to meet with us thereafter which made me very concerned and after a few days, I requested a copy of all the documentation so I could go see another Doctor. A month later, I received a bill for $1100 from a blood Lab, I bring the bill to Fast Access Health and they tell me it was a mistake, that they had sent the blood work to the wrong Lab, to make this story short, I have spent 4 months trying to contact billing and to speak to Brian the office manager about this and to no avail, I have been told that there is nothing they can do, that I should ask the Lab if they can reduce the bill amount because I have no money!? today, 5/12/20 I get a bill from Cardio Lab, they say the bill is for the explanation or the report produced from the Heart Monitor!! I now have to pay for another Doc to explain to me what the heart monitor report said about my wife's heart?!! So in summary, whatever tests you have done at Fast Access Health, you will pay for, then you will have to pay again for the reading or explanation or summary of said reports! I have taken CBC's (blood work) at 3 different labs in Chattanooga and never paid more than $65 dollars, out of pocket. Fast Access Health because of their mistake now have me owing a LAB in Chattanooga $1100!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! It is disgraceful that they should take advantage of you when you are at your most vulnerable moment. Wish I could give 0 stars. I went here and had the worst service ever. I was sent to get a urine sample and no one waited on me or told me where to put my sample. I scribbled my name on it and after waiting outside the bathroom for over 5 minutes I finally saw someone and was told to sit it wherever (it didn't even have my full info on it) and then no one took me back to my room I had to find it on my own. I then had blood drawn and the girl training blew out my vein. I wasn't upset over this because I understand that's a part of learning. I got upset when the "training" nurse then tried to pressure the girl into doing my other arm and when she refused she huffed and started to try to get my blood herself. She had no gloves on and hadn't washed her hands. I'm not usually one to say something but I stopped her and asked her "aren't you supposed to wear gloves or wash your hands?" She replied that yes TECHNICALLY but that she didn't feel like leaving the room to get gloves then stuck me without warning. Then jokingly asked me if I was going to report her. I had to go get a CT, an X-ray, and I did a holt monitor for my heart (which I had to wear for 24 hrs) it's now been over a month with no call backs or results. I've called over and over and haven't gotten any info. They can't even find my results. And I still got a bill in the mail from them. I'll be reporting this business. Completely unacceptable. Do not go here. **edit - I forgot to add that I was sent to get an urgent CT scan with and without contrast. The doctor INSISTED. but when I show up to my CT, a doctor from the hixon branch who I've NEVER seen called the imaging center and told them I don't need what the doctor who saw me ordered and changed the type of scan I was supposed to get. It messed with my insurance. I contacted the doctor I had seen immediately to find out why and even she was upset and didn't understand why someone who's never even seen me changed her request. The dr I saw was amazing to me and I know she left and is working somewhere else which I am happy for her because this business is horrible. read more

When Willie LaBonne started at this location it changed the whole office. Before she was there things were OK, but she has transformed that location into a place that I used to go as a last resort to my primary care physician. I would follow her anywhere. Sometimes the wait is long but it her nurse Michelle and Willie actually LISTEN to You the whole time. I have never had a primary care that actually truly cared about getting to the bottom of the issue and working through it. I'm so glad I stuck through the previous provider they employed (who was very kind) to get to this crew they have now. It's taken 45 years to find a physician's office where I walk in and feel like they really care about me. Just fyi if you decide to try them out they are getting ready to move right next to the new Publix on Gunbarrel !! read more

DO NOT go here.. unless you want to spend ALL DAY waiting for a scheduled morning appt. Make SURE to look at every last thing on your itemized bill, as it seems they like to "accidentally" charge you for things. After multiple visits, there's still no answers to tests that were taken, and I am convinced they are milking every appointment for every test they can put you through to charge you for it, even though you won't get any results. read more

Let's just start off with Dr. Kerley. The owner to this business.... He's the ONLY reason i would not reccomend his clinics to anybody. Staff is great and actually care but as far as he goes all he sees is dollar signs . If he can make a dollar off something he'll do whatever it takes. Patient care from this guy is poor. I've been to 3 different clinics and they have all been so nice but are forced to push unnecessary procedures on patients because of him. Just left Lee highway a few days ago and it's sad to see how much has changed over the last few months . If they got new management i will be back but until he's gone i will be switching providers. I'm so sick of having a new provider every time I come for my 3mo. thyroid check up. I just called to see if I could walk in cause I'm out of meds and they told me I could come before 2:30. I got here at 2:00 and they told me they wasn't seeing anybody else. As if I don't need my thyroid medicine. That nurse in there today was so unprofessional with her nasty attitude. I had been going to this office for around 2 years, really like Dr. Willie, Michelle and the rest of the staff. Lately things have been worse and worse, excessively long waiting times. I used them as a PCP. 2 months ago I had a URI and was given ABTX and a cough med, the cough med didn't work for me, called the next day to get a new one, finally got the new cough med when I finished my ABTX (10 days later). Had a physical and needed some follow up tests, tests finally ordered 3 weeks later. Performed a test to see if we could figure out what was wrong with my stomach....test never sent to lab to be tested. Came in for 11am appt....still waiting at 1 and got chewed out by Dr. Willie when she finally came in after my husband complained, walked out shortly after when she yelled at me again. Would have called office manager to complain, but that's where the office manager is. Take my advise, DONT go here. read more

Laura took her time and did not rush me. She was thorough and very easy to talk with. I would recommend her for any person seeking assistance with health related issues. read more

they were excellent till I saw them for a work related injury, after that worthless, they sent paperwork to a atty for a Drs Visit I never went to because they never told me nor was I given the apt time or a referal and now that's being used against me in Court and they will not admit error even when the DR they refered me to said he has never received any paperwork from them what so ever, I could not pay for a visit due to no income due to this same injury and they said No Money no treatment and I had met my deductible easily. . its all Nurse practicioners no DR whatsoever is onsite with the exception of Lee Highway, when I called and tried to resolve all of this they sent me a letter saying I was no longer a patient you are all welcome to call the main office and ask them if what I am saying is true ask to speak to DR Kenerly, you will get denial, I will be posting all the paperwork and legal proof online Site address to be posted soon read more
