He had a cool, easygoing nature and, even though I research a lot about precious stones and metals, I learned a couple of new things from him. Had to leave and come back but by then Luis was out to lunch. So, I spoke with a manager, Cesar. Same easygoing disposition. Long story short, I walked out with two amazingly stellar rings, the exact thing I was looking for and at the price I wanted. Not only did Luis and Cesar give me an amazing price for extremely high-quality rings, THEY WERE STEAM CLEANED. I couldn't believe how much they sparkled. Of course I had to walk out with them on.
