As clients of many years, we were disrespected, belittled and harassed by Marina Miller. We needed extra reports last months and they were given to us around two weeks ago for review. Because we run multiple companies with over 100 employees we didn't have the opportunity to review the documents just yet. We never received an invoice as we had not reviewed the documents yet and they were not final. This morning we woke up to multiple threatening calls to all of our business locations along with multiple online reviews by Marina. She did not once attempt to get a hold of us personally on our cell phones and she did not once invoice us. We are so confused as to why she was behaving like this. She spoke with multiple of our employees and threatened to sue, reports us to collection and show up at our restaurants if we didn't pay the balance we owed. Again, completely confused I attempted to speak with her for the very first time and she screamed, yelled nonsense and I attempted to explain the situation and she continued to yell over me and wouldn't let me speak. We of course paid her in full before even calling her (even after not reviewing the documents because we have a great relationship with Maria). We have referred over so many customers to them throughout the years. Marina was so disrespectful today stating she didn't care if we were customers for many years, she would go from yelling to laughing to clapping to threatening. It was insane to say the least. Again WE NEVER RECEIVED AN INVOICE BECAUSE THE FILES WERE NOT FINALIZED. I do not recommend doing business here. I will be moving immediately.

Asking whether a firm provides quarterly MAGI forecasting and estimated payment vouchers is not seeking case-specific guidance; it is vetting a firm's technical capabilities before committing to a paid engagement. As I *specifically* stated in my follow-up email--which went unacknowledged--I was potentially ready to schedule a consultation once your firm confirmed it actually provided the planning-led services I require. I fully realize that professional tax advice is not free. However, to clarify the facts (and contrary to your statement), the topic of fees never once arose because your intake process failed at the most basic level: professional follow-through. If these services were 'out of scope,' a simple confirmation would have provided closure. Instead, you chose radio silence based on a two-minute pre-judgment. After informing her I was a homeowner, which based on my voice, she could tell I am female...she said she could help me and 'my husband'. Uh, lady, it's 2022! Get with the times! If you call the office, all you ever get is voicemail and then no courtesy of a return call. E-mail inquiries are handled the same, no courtesy of a response. If you go to their office, the door is locked during published business hours. We are frustrated with this lack of response and are stuck as we have two years worth of taxes to complete and need sktax's knowledge of past filings to complete. Bottom line, if you are looking for a reliable and responsive service, suggest you look elsewhere. As an addendum to the above, finally received an email response to our multiple requests for contact. After hand delivering our two years of tax files to Steve personally in mid September we are now told in mid November that the earliest that Steve will complete our work is Feb. 2021. Totally unacceptable. Not the way to treat repeat customers. Look elsewhere.
