152% interest!!! Do NOT do it!!! Awful customer service Jasmine is rude and unprofessional. She got me into a loan without explaining it to me and now I'm stuck. I spoke with her boss and we made an agreement to not charge any more interest because I've already paid back what I borrowed, and they have reneged on that. Jasmine says she made an honest mistake by charging me interest this week and cannot fix it. I reached out to her boss. He read my text and never replied. Do not deal with this company. This location on 66 was extremely easy to get some help from. I needed a short term loan on my vehicle and was able to get that accomplished. Kiara (not sure if it's spelled right) was a fantastic manager there. She made things easy to understand, and made the terms clear. Yes you pay quite a bit of interest, but that's just how title loans work. Best rate in the state though, so I can't complain. Maria is such a horrible customer service rep. Anytime you ask her a simple question she either acts like it's the end of the world or yells at you for not knowing. Maria, Do you think I work there? Do you think anyone has read the full contract top to bottom? Thats like reading the terms and agreements when updating your phone, nobody's gonna do that. She loves to lie as well. She told me that my next payment would be in august but she forced me to pay today (July 21). Then just yells at me because SHE didn't make a note for herself, and goes "wah wah wah it's in the contract". So why is she telling me something different every time? They loaned me $1500 and when I lost my job a few months later I thought for sure I'd loose my car too. Mike over there actually worked with me and I was able to get current and then pay off my loan. Those guys are great!! read more
