    My wife and I have been loyal customers of this Cash America location for a long time, faithfully…read morepaying on our loans, yet for over a year we have consistently dealt with unprofessional behavior and disrespect from an employee named Jasmine and District Manager Chris. The issues first began in November when Jasmine contacted me after I had already left the store and demanded I return over a very small remaining balance issue. Since then, my wife has contacted Cash America corporate multiple times attempting to file complaints, yet we never received any meaningful follow-up or resolution. Most recently, my wife was dealing with a serious emergency and asked me to make a payment on her loan. When the loan was originally opened, we were informed that while only the account holder could pick up the item unless the ticket was signed over, anyone could make a payment with the proper information. However, Jasmine refused to accept the payment, prevented other employees from assisting me, and created an unnecessary issue despite this being explained. When I calmly expressed that the situation felt disrespectful and inconsistent with policy, she threatened to call the police on me simply for voicing concerns. There were also instances where different names were provided over the phone during prior complaints, including identifying herself as "Stephanie." What is most concerning is the behavior from District Manager Chris. During previous complaint conversations, he spoke to me in an extremely disrespectful and hostile manner, including using racial language and inappropriate comments. After that incident, we specifically requested that he no longer contact us directly and asked to speak with someone above him instead. Despite that request, after the most recent incident, Chris once again contacted my wife's phone directly and left a disrespectful voicemail rather than professionally escalating the complaint. My wife was also previously hung up on while attempting to make complaints regarding the treatment we received. At this point, the lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer respect at this location is extremely concerning. We have continued attempting to resolve these issues professionally for months, but the behavior has continued. We are asking for someone above the district level within Cash America corporate leadership or Human Resources to please review these concerns and contact us directly regarding this matter.

    This situation I am in is outrageous. Today I purchased a Xbox one I paid $215 with tax, I get home…read moretry to set everything up but I see the controller that was provided at purchase was a wired controller but did not have the proper cable to connect to the xbox. No problem lucky for me I purchased a wireless controller previously. I get the xbox set up and insert GTA-V into the disc drive, nothing is showing on the screen that a game was inserted, so I press the eject button and the game come back out and I try again, still no luck, I remove the game and it come out exactly how it is put in, now with me knowing about video games I know when you put a disc in it spins around and will never come out the same as it's put in. And was not offered the plan to get refund if item was defective!
