My husband quickly discovered that Tech Connectors had deals with Costco (his home away from home) and started chatting with a sales associate, Michael, there. Michael gave him very good advice on installing the TV, as well as his new stereo system that may just cost more than my entire purse collection (and I spend a lot of $ on purses!). Michael also helped him figure out the best way to build shelves for the dvd player and tivo since we didn't have any need for an entertainment system on the wall. After a few weeks of emails over these very important matters 2 guys from tech connectors showed up and put together our brand new entertainment system! My husband was thrilled with the results (i haven't been able to move him from the couch ever since) and I have to admit the TV/stereo system looks very pretty mounted over the fire place. They also allowed me to buy my own materials including HDMI cables. In the end, Tech did the following: 1.) Adjusted mount on fireplace 2.) Installed mount for Yamaha soundbar 3.) Installed TV and Soundbar 4.) Took off existing component mount 5.) Installed two new mounts 6.) Installed IR repeater which allowed components to be rotated around corner 7.) Installed in wall HDMI cabling Michael was great, and so were the 2 people that came to do the work (sorry I forgot their names) They called to let me know they were running a bit behind (but they arrived well within their time window) and came in, did a great job and cleaned up all the dust and packaging. Since having three main living area floors completed, I have had Century Tile remodel two of my bathrooms. These were complete remodels- floor, walls, vanity, sink, minor plumbing( toilet and faucets). Words cannot describe how pleasant it is to work with Mike and Christy. Christy always makes sure all materials are ordered and delivered on time prior to the job and can always be trusted to lean you in the correct direction both in terms of style and quality. Mike, their project coordinator, is beyond great. Just as with the first job, he is always a phone call or text away to answer any questions. He also send the best people he has to complete the job, both in terms of skills needed as well as adhering to your timeline. No matter how many jobs he has going, he consistently checks in with his workers and you to make sure items are going smoothly. Added onto this, the workers are not only skilled, but a pleasure to work with. They are professional, have always left the areas they are working on clean - even throughout the job- and communicate with you throughout the entire process. More importantly, they problem solve as needed to make sure the job is completed with exceptional quality! I am currently saving and working with Mike and Christy to have my shower/downstairs bathroom remodeled and cannot wait to have an updated shower and a beautiful downstairs bathroom! Mike, Christy, and all of the workers who have completed projects at my house, truly continue to go above and beyond! Thank you again! Another update: Century tile has worked on every room in my house! They have expertly done all of my floors and three of my bathrooms.
