These morons called every 800 number they can call trying to figure out what to do. In the hour I waited for these morons to figure out what to do, I got up went over to new accounts department and close my account. As I'm walking out the door with a cashiers check from my balance, one of the original morons came over to me and told me that there was no problem with my logging on and they didn't know why I was directed to come there. You simply can't make this shit up.

I was attended within 5 minutes. The teller I saw was cordial and there was even a greeter at the front who was very friendly. The drive thru seemed to run slower, so I just recommend getting out of your car and actually going inside. Sometimes that inconvenience is much more convenient in the long run.

I can only attest to how they handle an out-of-state/remote buyer, but I wouldn't recommend purchasing from them under those circumstances. The unprofessionalism ranged from the salesperson all the way through the sales and finance managers. There are far better car dealerships around.
