Nevertheless I was still completely surprised and happy. A couple of days later he sends me a link that he had received from Evolution Leasing. They had taken photos of my gift being delivered. From the car on the flatbed, placing of the red bow on the hood, their representative holding my 6 month old (lol), my 7 year old "driving" the new car, several of my husband and our 2 boys standing with the car etc...they uploaded all our pics into a Dropbox account and sent them to us! A week or so after we get a coffee mug with a picture of my husband and two boys printed on it and a couple days after that a magnetic calendar with some more pics!! Mon, 1/28 - Per MAB request, overnighted paperwork to MAB Wed, 1/30/2019 - Full monies wired to Miami Auto Broker Wed, 2/6/2019 - Received RR (7 days) Fri, 2/8 - MAB Received BMW Fri, 2/15 - Received RR title vía 2nd day air (7 Days) Wed, 2/20 - STILL WAITING FOR BMW AUTO LOAN TO BE PAID OFF! (12 days after receiving the BMW! 21 days after receiving the money!) Miami Auto Broker (MAB) was in a hurry to get my signed docs and money, but everything has moved at a snail's pace since then. I was told last week that my loan would be paid off ("posted") today. It wasn't. Tomorrow will be a full three weeks since MAB received my money and 12 days since receiving my trade car--and my trade car loan has yet to be paid off! When I ask questions about the process, I am responded to with anger, a bunch of explanations that honestly sound like excuses to me, and a belittling / talk-down attitude (trying to shift blame to ME for asking questions). Also, several things broken / missing on the RR - including defect rear tailgate window that doesn't stay up / comes crashing down on your head! Almost knocked me out. Super dangerous. MAB attitude has been "Nothing Missing / As Is" even though I sent pics of a missing large button on the overhead console. I will add pics later. Definitely feels like I have been strung along. Not a good feeling. I do not recommend this process on anyone.
