We got there well before noon, and there was a line up, which we expected. I informed them that due to my handicap, I couldn't eat in a booth. They said sure, we can arrange that. I then had to go outside and sit on the planters because there is no seating for those waiting, and my disability prevents me from standing for more than a couple of minutes. We waited an hour....and during that time, two other groups of four went in, got on the wait list, and were seated at the tables. Not a peep for us. It was well over an hour when we gave up as another member of the household is diabetic, she needed to eat for her blood sugars...so we left, and went to Subway. I am very disappointed at my and my house's treatment and will have to consider going to the Walkley Road location where we started our appreciation of Stacked.

The food here is not bad for Mexican fast food. I never had a problem with customer service like other reviewers mentioned. Staff were always super nice to me. Each time I also shared it with my husband, as there is no way I would finish a large burrito by myself (and I have a huge appetite). They stuff it full of rice, beans (2 different types), sliced chicken, cheese, tomatoes and lettuce. I skipped the salsa and skipped the sauces because I don't like my burrito too wet. The burrito is similar to burritos at other fast food joints like Mucho Burrito, Burrito Gringo, and Chipotle. For what it is, it's good. Twice I "made it a combo" for an additional $3 and got fries and a can of pop. Both times the quantity of fries I got was minimal. The fries were good. They were slightly battered and hot and crispy. Obviously frozen fries, but what do you expect from a fast food restaurant? I just expected more actual fries for the price. On my last visit instead of fries and a drink, I just got a churros ($2.25). The churros was hot, crispy on the outside and soft and slightly doughy on the inside. I've had better churros, but again for a fast food restaurant, it was pretty good. However, It was slim. The diameter was maybe the size of a quarter. It was long though. It came with a side of chocolate dipping sauce. Staff were always very nice to me. I never came during peak hours though. Always when they were slow with either no other customers, or just one or two people already eating. The place is bright and clean. It's in that new construction area on West Hunt Club where all the new plazas are, with the Mandarin, Lowe's, Panera Bread, etc. The Bar Burrito is in the same section as the Cora's. Lots of free parking.

I asked for soup instead of fries and was not disappointed, it was creamy and peppery and delicious. The burger was great but needed a small hit of acid, adding ketchup helped bring it home. I think a tomato chutney on this would be stellar. The Reuben and Parmesan fries were a hit with my partner, we would definitely and will definitely be back. We also got a skor cheesecake for later, I think I'm in love with a pastry lol. We will be back to try more menu items but mainly so I can continue my love affair with that cheesecake

My egg tasted like they had been cooked in water (I know its probably not the case) (no salt here). I also found my potatoes and bacon could have been more crispy and served warm.
