Fast-Fix Cellphone Repair wasted my time and money. I paid extra for a higher-quality screen specifically because it included a warranty. When I came back with an issue, I was first told I never bought the warranty. After pushing back, the story changed to "the warranty is through the manufacturer." The owner removed my screen protector, pointed out a very small crack, and said the warranty would likely be denied. Instead of honoring what was sold to me, I was told to either buy my own screen online or pay again for another replacement. None of these warranty conditions were clearly explained upfront. Proceed with caution. I agreed to a clearly stated price of $108 for an iPhone 12 battery replacement. I was later charged $135 without notice or consent. That alone is unacceptable. After the repair, my phone developed serious issues, including failure to fully charge and repeated unexpected shutdowns. The device is now in worse condition than when it was dropped off. Absolutely the worst place to take your phone. Price paid was not the price quoted on phone. He said I'd get a discount if I gave a review before I had services. I went in to have battery replaced. He said he'd call when done the next day. No calls for 4 days. I finally went in and he couldn't find my phone. 20 mins later he brings me my phone with a broken screen. His excuse was, the screen was broken when I brought it in but wasn't visible under protective screen. What a bunch of crap. Do not use this repair company. read more

LOOK AT THE ATTACHMENTS....SHOCKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I took my Samsung A15 to have the screen replaced. I dropped off at about 630pm. The guy tells me it'll be ready the following day after 2 pm. I called the guy at about 10 am and he told me it was ready but I needed to hurry because he was closing at 1 pm. hmm Anyway...the fingerprint sensor doesn't work and displays a message, "The fingerprint sensor is not responding. Please try again later" every time I attempt to use the fingerprint option. Answering calls is horrible the only way I can hear is if I have it on speaker phone that's insane--a waste of $130.00. I do not recommend this repair shop. UPDATE So this guy reads my review and attempts to call me to "fix" the problem. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? Like if he did a substandard repair and caused damage to my phone WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD I TAKE IT BACK---ABSOLUTELY NOT. So he then trys to say I never took my phone to him and I'm mistaken on the business to try and fix it that way. Like seriously? My husband went in to have his Saumsung S22 Ultra checked as there was a rattling sound coming from his phone. He was charged $87 just to be told that it was probably the spring holding the camera in place that was displaced. Nothing was done to fix, no advice, nothing. Just $87 for that tidbit. What a scam. BUYERS BEWARE!!! I wish I could give zero stars!!! Please read the original review below to understand the order of events: As of today 12/3/2024: We went on Saturday morning with my family to picket in front of his store to warn other potential customers of the horrible customer service, dishonesty, giving you one price, and then changing the price when you pick up your phone. As soon as he arrived at the store to open he asked us to go into the store so we could talk. He apologized for how he spoke to me and for the bad service, he claimed he was having a bad day and was frustrated. He then said that the owner told him to reimburse us completely and fix my son's phone. He said if my son wanted he would even fix the back for free. He said they would do whatever it takes to make us happy. We agreed, he gave us our money back and said he would order a new battery and call us when it arrived. He informed me that the battery arrived yesterday around 5 and asked if my son could go this morning to replace the battery. My son just went and he asked my son if he was going to pay for the screen. My son was confused because that's not what we all agreed to so my son told him, no you told us that everything was going to be free and that you would even give me a screen protector. He went back and forth with him and then my son noticed that the battery he ordered was the wrong battery. This guy works on phones all day long he should know what kind of battery my son's phone takes. He told my son he would order the correct battery and let us know when it arrives. When my son got home and explained to me that he asked my son if he was going to pay for the screen, needless to say I was very upset so I called the guy. I had him on speaker and I asked him why he asked my son if he was going to pay for the screen, and he replied saying he did not ask my son to pay for the screen. My son was listening to him and told him, you absolutely did ask me if I was going to pay, the guy denied he said that for a few minutes and then he admitted it. This business is beyond dishonest, and unprofessional and will try to get over at any cost. With all this said I decided to repost this review. 11/26/2024: My son got totally scammed by this business. Took his phone to get it fixed and new screen and screen protector. He gave him a quote of $250. My son dropped it off and when he picked it up the guy told him it would be an additional $90. My son paid it only because the guy would not give him the phone back unless he paid the additional charges. When my son got home he realized the phone was still broke. The screen was not working, and his phone showed a message that the battery was not an Apple battery. The phone would not charge, the screen was not working, and no screen protector as they promised. My husband called the guy and explained to the guy that he did not do what he promised and our son did not get what he paid for. My husband told him he needed him to put the phone back the way it was and reimburse our son. The guy said fine and my husband told him we we would go the next day. I we t with my son the next day and the guy would not do what he told my husband. He told us he would fix it and make it work and put a screen protector and we told him that we did not trust him or his work and just wanted him to put everything back and reimburse my son. The owner would not do it so we told him we would report him to the better business bureau and he told us to do whatever we wanted but he would not reimburse us. He ripped off my son for $340 and didn't fix the phone e and possibly removed the Apple battery and replaced it with a different one. We're not sure but his phone has a message that it was not an Apple battery anymore. Do not go to this guy he is not to be trusted. read more

If I can give this business zero Stars I would but the system only allows one. As other reviews are saying, this guy is a total scam artist. I had him replace my screen as it was cracked a couple weeks ago. Since then it has developed dead pixels and lines running through the screen. When I contacted him and finally got a hold of him he said there was no warranty on the screen and it was refurbished. This was news to me because if I had heard that it was refurbished and no warranty I would have gone somewhere else. His price is the same as brand new screens at other places so there's no deal there. I would stay far away from this business as he will rip you off and tell you that the parts which are substandard are not under warranty and they probably won't last. read more

The guy is totally incompetent as well as being a rip off artist, he charged $125 to change a battery that every other place charges $60-$75 but I did not know this until after I had it replaced. He makes you pay by Zelle BEFORE the work is done. Why is that? He knows you won;t be happy with his lousy work but you have no way to get your money back or dispute it. No other legitimate business charges before the work is done. Unfortunately I read his lousy reviews after the work was done as I needed my phone for work but I should have waited until the next day. He can't even put on a screen cover as it has bubbles and he said wait a few days but it still has bubbles and the phone is worse than before he worked on it. Plus the battery went out after two weeks so he actually put in an old used battery that he had laying around from his other people he's ripped off. Plus the microphone was missing after he worked on it. How can that be?? Stay away from this guy..he's a total scammer. He takes advantage of people and should be out of business. I took my phone to them today since my connection port was not working. The owner said that if the port is fine it would be 35.00 to repair my Samsung z4. If it was damaged it would be 125.00. He would let me know in a jpur. A hour later he called. If couslrse he said the port was damaged. I said please fix it. The short version is that when it was done, he said try it to see if it was working. It said connection error like it did before. I went and tried the car charger. It did not work. I came back on and told him it is still doing the exact same thing. He then said it was because my charger was crap. We exchanged words. I finally gave up. Took the phone to an authorized dealer I have used before. They said what I knew. That the port was bad and it needs to be replaced. But they do not have the correc one phone my phone in stock. Wait it has to be specific. They said yes. I ordered information 109.00 which is cheaper then whY he charged me. I really do not think he knows what he was talking about.
