TRUST. How much do you not only trust the people that work on your vehicle, but also trust that they aren't overcharging you for parts and service? I trust Ream Auto Body implicitly! Dale always greets me with a smile, no matter what the reason I'm bringing a vehicle in to him. He not only works on mine and my husband's vehicles, he works on all of our family's vehicles. Yesterday I texted him even before the shop opened because my son's car had died on First Ave and I was having it towed to his shop. We had a pair of vehicles we needed to get rid of. Usually, I try to be considerate of other…read morepeople's time. We ended up having to take our daughter to the hospital over the weekend, and were there until about 4:00 AM. Probably because of that, I totally forgot CC Recycling was coming for the cars monday morning. I had one vehicle in the garage with only 3 tires on it (2 of which were flat) and another vehicle blocking that one into the garage. I assumed I could get the one vehicle ready to go while the other was being hooked up for the tow, but I totally misjudged how long it would take. Kevin from CC Recycling was incredibly helpful, and patient, while I did the bare minimum I needed to do to make it possible for him to tow both vehicles. I highly recommend working with CC Recycling!
