THEN proceeds to tell me that the specific part they "need", that they've been waiting for, is discontinued yet Eric's (another power sports shop 10x better) tells me they can get it in TWO DAYS! Every time I called they said "we'll call you back" and each and every time they never called back and proceeded to pretend they didn't know who I was. I went in for an oil leak, and ended up with it still leaking. I had to pay for the extra things that I didn't know they were even putting on. Do not trust this business.
