That was about a week ago. I have not heard anything back. I also forwarded my email to their general customer service who said they will follow up with their damage team to get someo to contact me. Still has not happened. The corporate customer service has been awful. Will most likely cancel my subscription within a week if I don't hear back from them. **update** after posting the original review, the district manager for my area, Justin Flint, reached out to me.
