I have been a member since they opened. I currently have 3 separate memberships, personal vehicles and my company van. The staff are always helpful, friendly. The site is always clean and has plenty of towels (free) and glass cleaner(free). When you do the math as far as a membership, it's a no brainer.... a solid value to be sure. In regards to the Taylor started off as a terrific car wash quickly going downhill employees are rude. Doesn't seem like they wanna work there. Garbage everywhere in the parking lot never any towels hoses on the vacuum cleaners are crushed very dissatisfying car wash lately. read more

They used to spray the left side of your car and the back of your car and now they stopped. I don't understand why they didn't spray done both sides of your car? That makes no sense. But the back not being sprayed leaves the back middle dirty after the wash. read more

Decided to try the new LUV car wash in Dickson City, PA a week or so into their opening. Paid for my car wash with my credit card and was asked If I wanted to sign up for their monthly car wash, to which I declined. Imagine my surprise when a month later I started getting the $31.79 monthly charge on my credit card for their monthly car wash package. No one at LUV's answers the phone or returns messages. I signed up for their monthly billing plan and couldn't be happier. I was frequenting a couple of touchless car washes in the Honesdale area at about $15 per wash. I had no point of reference as to how poor quality those washes were until my first wash at LUVs. The difference was night and day. I now include a stop at LUVs whenever I make a trip in or around Dickson city (several times a month). Even if I only make it there twice in a month, this service is still worth it for me. read more

They over charged my account by adding a 2nd account. It was supposed to be a "family plan deal" everytime my husband and I went back to get it straightened out the manager was not around. The workers there kept telling us to leave our info and they would let Adam know about it. Every month it never got fixed. We are super unsatisfied with the customer service in Dickson City. We also called corporate number. They said they sent a email to whomever was in charge at the LUV car wash to make sure it got fixed because corporate couldn't help us and that the store we signed up in was supposed to fix it. Don't waste your time with this place. We were trying to be super patient with this company but they clearly didn't want to keep customers. We didn't get our money back that they over charged us for. So we lost out on over 100 dollars. Thank you LUV car wash for taking our money. We will never come here again. And we will make sure to let all our family and friends know what happened. read more

Love this place, best automatic car wash in the area too in my opinion and actually makes your car look very clean when you are done. The vacuums are hands down the best in the area! The additional air nozzles to blow out the cracks and crevices to easily vacuum up with the strong suction vacuums is a game changer and you wont want to vacuum your car any other way again read more

I purchased the 2 month plan before I even went through. The brushes were banging my mirrors back and forth I thought they were going to break off. Luv says they are not responsible for damage so I canceled the plan. I asked for a refund and they said no refunds come and use the vacuums. Not a good impression for a new business. read more

Pulled in for a wash and was met by a gentleman at the machine. Takes my card, hits all the buttons for what I instructed for "the cheapest wash" and I'm on my way. Month later, notice a reoccurring charge from Luv. Guy signed me up for a membership without my authorization! Pulled in for a quick wash on Sept 18, i was surprised by the prices. I chose the cheapest at $10.59 with tax. This was a value as the most expensive was $24+. The wash did a decent job, no complaints. However, they applied a $24.37 reoccurring monthly charge on my card despite the fact I declined that offer. Last month was a busy month so it slipped by me unnoticed. I noticed it this month, a $24.37 charge on a day i was home ALL DAY. Stood out like a red flag. I have some mixed feelings about this car wash. While I had high hopes I wanted to express what could be improved so you don't waste your money like I did. To begin, I signed up online for the 9.99 monthly promotion like most other people writing reviews. I went the next day to get my car washed with my new membership, and they were not even open. Why would you sell me a membership to a place that isn't even open? If you are going to sell them in advance, don't make the monthly subscription take effect until I can actually use it. Now that they have been open, I've a few times, but most of the time when I go, they're closed anyway (middle of the day middle of the week :/). Next, the wash is very mid. While it gets the dirt off mostly, a lot is still left. I've gone with bird poop on my car, and after the wash it is still there. The wash also left scuffs on the roof of my car, and slight scratches on my trunk and sides of my doors. Also, the car is dripping and sopping wet every single time that I am done with the wash. I have to get the microfiber towels from the self-vacuum area and dry the entire rear of my car every single time. This is not just my car, as every other car does the same. I even once saw a car come out with full soap still on it, and he got right back in line to get it washed off again. One time while getting my car washed, my car got stuck while the entire car wash shut down. The guy came over and told me to drive out of the wash (I was near the end), and I think I damaged my alignment while doing so. Now I have to pay for a $150+ alignment thanks to this place. Moving onto the vacuum and interior area, it's ok. I like how the vacuums are free, and they do a good job. I also like how it has the air blower for the crevices and the microfiber cloths to use. However, the mat machine does not work. you put your mat through it and it comes out fully dry and not even clean. I've ran them through multiple times, same result. I also don't like how the vacuum area can be accessed without needed to get a wash, and lots of people go there for free without getting their car washed just to clean the inside. this makes a very long wait and allowing non-customers to take away services from the paying customers. Also, they keep giving out free washes almost every day (when they're open), and this makes an extremely long line. Then, when I get up to the gate, they keep trying to sell me a membership (I already have one!!!). they dont even let me get a word out to tell them I am already a customer without jumping down my throat. According to friends who don't have the membership, you tell them no, they keep pushing and pushing and send somebody else to your car. Then they keep pushing even more and get snarky when you tell the next person no. Also, one guy who guides you into the car wash does NOT know how to properly direct you to line up your car. He keeps pointing the wrong direction and gives ambiguous hand signals and then rolls his eyes at you for not understanding. Then your tire is not aligned right and you feel your whole car shift sideways into the track, which I cannot imagine is good for it. Overall, I think I am going to be canceling my membership before it renews as I believe my money was wasted. I've love for luv to make this right for me, but I will not be returning unless they get their act together. read more

Worst car wash ever. Used the car wash and when I got home I noticed a bunch of scratches on the side of my car. I immediately called there 1 800 number and I was told to go back up to the car wash and file a claim and they will take pictures. That was all completed. I emailed them to see what was going on with my claim and all Luv car wash did was send me a picture of there disclosure Which pretty much states there not responsible for anything.
