WAS because they have been getting ready to open larger fuel areas and a big clean convenience store. Oregon law doesn't allow you to pump your own gas. This sounds like a good thing but we've been to stations where the attendant has to come out from the station or from helping another car. The 76 has enough attendants that they are right there when you pull in. They are pleasant and wash your window, if you wish, sending me back to the 70's (the last time someone washed my window). I would definitely recommend the Creswell 76. Price, service and a big beautiful new station and convenience store make this a solid 5. For a gas station. Mind blown.

Farmland is a great market. There are two rooms of isles with fresh and freezer cases filled with a large variety to items. They have a bit of everything a grocery store has and easier to find since it wasn't overfilled! I have to give 5 stars for the staff -though, I didn't catch the young mans name working there today (Sunday). He was extremely helpful! I definitely recommend and will be back to the Farmland Market. While they may not have every item or brand you want, you should be able to find something that will work!

The Krispy Krunchy Chicken has a hint of Cajun kick, but not so spicy that "heat adverse" folks might be turned off from it's seasoning. It's somewhat milder than the Cajun competition, Popeyes, but overall it's some pretty good chicken. It had a nicely battered exterior, both crunchy and crispy (per its namesake), and a moist flavorful interior. The honey biscuit, on the other hand, was dry and speeding towards a second life as a hockey puck. But, I could still tell that, were it fresh, it would've been a darn good biscuit. The biggest issue I see is that, unless you are getting a fresh batch out of the fryer and fresh biscuits out of the oven, you're rolling the dice on how long it might have been sitting under the heat lamp with the overall quality ticking away by every passing minute. The Krispy Krunchy restaurant concept is basically a "store within a store" which is why you often find them inside mom & pop convenience stores. They have an interesting business model and surprisingly, they do not charge any royalty or franchise fees. Should you try them? If you love fried chicken and can get a fresh batch, I'm going to say yes...go get some of that Krispy Krunchy chicken. 3 stars overall.
