Such an unassuming looking place smack dab in the middle of a strip mall adjacent to highway 126…read more Oh, but what lies on the other side of those doors! I consider myself an excellent judge of chicken wings so if I am impressed by a place, you should be too. Walking in the doors you are met with the ordering counter and an extensive menu with a list 16 of sauces from no heat to "damn hot"! Chicken options to enjoy include traditional bone-in, boneless or tenders. There is a full slate of sides including shoestring fries, beans, mac & cheese, cole slaw, potato salad and okra. There are even some burgers on offer. My nephew and I came in hungry and luckily for us Chicken Bonz offers an "all you can eat" option. For $27.95 it's all chicken all the time! First they bring you a basket of eight wings, after that they bring you four at a time; and you can change the sauces at any time. We added some of those amazing shoestring fries and a drink. What I liked about Bonz wings is the sauces were inventive. I started with the Buffalo lime cilantro and that was the highlight sauce of this visit. Such a complex flavor profile. I went on to mild and then parmesan garlic. The other thing about these wings is there is a coating from the fryer that puts BDubs and Wingstop to shame. Whenever I am in the area, I am coming back here.

    * You only have 1 job *…read more Popped in on a lazy Wednesday afternoon. No one there. Took them 20 minutes to get my order out and the wings were absolute mush. Not crisp at all. Plus they tasted a little freezer burned. When asked about the former... I prefaced the question and told him it might be a tough question to answer: "why are the wings so mushy?" His answer? They sat too long after they tossed them. Because they forgot one wing on my plate they sacrificed the entire batch. No one - NO ONE - wants to eat mushy wings. If you F up? (1) Re-make the order! Or (2) serve what is done and walk out the remainder when its ready. Its as simple as that! This manager shows his willingness to dismiss customers as "being a dick" when I just spent $25 on MUSHY WINGS. Albeit I asked a tough-loaded question... Rather than being professional, in so many words he said "its my standard to push out mushy wings and if you don't like them you're being a dick." Look man.... I dont come in here very often and would never want to order wings prepared that way. Please understand, I'll pay for good food no problem; but DONT SERVE ME SOGGY WINGS AT A WINGS JOINT.... And then act the asshole by calling me a dick because I pointed out the obvious... ! I had originally given this place two stars but now I'm going to downgrade it to one star because I see somebody else wrote almost the exact same review as mine 4 years ago! This place doesn't deserve to be in business with the attitude and crap food. Do yourself a favor and go to Hot Mommas Wings instead.

Restaurant is clean, welcoming, and has a nice vibe to it. A definite asset in the revitalization of downtown Springfield. Bartender/waitress was kind and attentive, did an excellent job. Nothing fabulous or memorable, she just did her job and did it well. We order fried cauliflower, which was delicious. But I also have a weakness for fried cauliflower. Lol. Burgers, my husband really liked his. I didn't get to try it because it was far too big and messy to put down or try to share. I ordered a basic cheeseburger with extra pickles and added avocado to it. Both were cooked medium well, but definitely not over cooked, although I prefer mine far more rare than that, but that's a personal preference. Complaints... beer menu has to be accessed through a QR code being scanned on my phone. I'm getting old and set in my ways, and I refuse to use my phone during meals. So scanning any kind of code basically just means I'm not going to do it. Which is potentially a missed opportunity in sales for them. Second complaint is the buns on our burgers were not toasted. In fact, they were straight up cold. I have a thing against soggy buns. Would I return? For the cauliflower and other appetizers? Maybe. Beer, no, because of the QR code thing. Burgers, definitely no. Here's what gets me about this place, it was good. Nothing wrong with it, honestly. But I wanted great, and I didn't get it. There was nothing memorable to write home about. My husband called it "satisfying" and I'm always like, so is McDonalds or a frozen dinner if you're hungry enough. Lol. Which is kind of how I view this place, if I hadn't written the review, I'd have already forgotten it existed. It's basic. Pumpkin spice and Ugg boots kind of basic. But in this day and age with inflation and what I spend just to go out to dinner, I want great every single time.

That's right folks, if you're 35-55 you'll love this place! Lots of great 80's skateboarding, punk rock, snowboarding, and hockey nostalgia with an old school lean. The menu is diverse for all dietary types, the prices are ridiculously cheap, and the food quality is par none. We come here 1-2 times a week because it REALLY is that good. Plus they have pinball which earns them extra points.

Started with beers and a southwest egg roll order. We ordered because the server said it is running about 30 minutes for orders. The egg rolls came out and they were good. Our food arrived a little earlier than we were told. My wife and I got a perfectly cooked junior hamburger. Others got the southwest fiesta salad and the queso burger. Everyone liked their meal. Really nice sports bar with a lot of tv options.

I ordered the Country Fried Steak with poached eggs and gravy on the side (because I planned on taking half home and wanted to preserve the breading on the steak). The panko coating on the steak had me intrigued, but it was great! The hashbrowns were pretty tasty, although they could have been crispier. The biscuit was decent, but the flavor of the gravy and the steak brought it all together. The quality reminded me of another sports bar here in Bend that has really good breakfast/brunch foods. I can't really speak to the other dishes but my wife and daughter were very happy with their French Toast and Waffle. I'd def stop back in if I was in the area.

I was craving the chicken and waffle but unfortunately they were out of their special batter and the waitress recommended ordering something else. So we had the Bacon Cheese burger on crack , with fries. And absolutely loved it! Cooked to order of medium-well (yes, you get to specify how you like your order cooked from medium rare to well done) . The bacon was fantastic, the burger flavorful and some chips on it and cheese made it wonderful. No regrets ordering this! Now I just have to go back and order the chicken and waffle some other time. I subtracted one star since the beer choices on tap are limited and the service was strange. Interior is cute and the menu is huge with soooo many options. I was skeptical at first as I really am just a diner smash patty and some cheese kinda guy. I really do not enjoy "gourmet" burgers. This place isn't that, they serve smash patties on all burgers made fresh d aily, owner came by and told us he won't open if he doesn't have fresh meat. The parties are AMAZING. The portions are just right finished the burger and had just a few tots left over. Service was also very good. When our server found out that it was our first time she made it a point to explain their menu and how the food is prepared etc. Her table service was frequent and subtle just the way we like it! The seat was comfortable and there is room for small and large parties here with some patio seating. We definitely will be regulars here.
