I'd give 0 stars if possible! First off the guy on the phone guaranteed me a loan, he also said "I'll give you a $25 gift card just for coming down". Well when I got to the office they declined me on a title loan and said my 05 trailblazer was only worth $1700. When looking at multiple Trailblazers 1 year ago the private buyer blue book was $4500. So I tell him ok, give me my gas card and I'll be on my way. These bastards refused to honor the promise that they would give me the card, staying that's only if you get the loan. They added stress to an already stressful situation I am in. Their lucky I didn't completely flip out, there's definitely something really shady about this company. STAY AWAY! read more

HIGH Interest loans with a Happy trigger to repossess your Vehicle after just a few days late during the Covid 19 crisis, not too cool.This is what happened to me, of course struggling like most working folk and (the nicest people in the world) when they are loaning you money at an interest rate that should be illegal, sent a sorry looking towing company out to retrieve my vehicle after only 17 days late. Check this out! It cost me on top of paying off the loan, $450 for the towing to some rank tow yard and then another $350 to the tow yard itself for storage of my vehicle $50 per day, a $75 bogus fee another $75 bogus fee for my property left in the vehicle and last but not least $20 a day for the property itself, you know the usual stuff. DO NOT, a thousand times Do Not do business with this company, it should not be illegal at these super high interest rates, Do this instead, bite the bullet and ask anyone else for help. Think about this and it is way better in the long run, sell your car buy a cheaper car or take the bus/public transportation for a while. I dealt with Scott and Ross at fast money loan they gave me the run around for two days at the time my car was in the shop they agreed to get my car out of the shop saying they would add it to my loan well I ended up not getting the loan they got my car out of the shop which was a total of 597.00 when I told them that I did not want the loan they ended up taking my car from San Diego to Long Beach and charging me 1197.00 not proving me any receipts and I'm asking them where is this extra 600.00 coming from now I'm gonna take them to court Ross the manager is extremely rude these people should not be in business and I doubt they will be for long this was illegal what they did and they are gonna pay for what they did to me and my car please don't use this company. read more

Dana was honest and fair - i knew what I was getting and there was no upsell or fine print. So long as you make payments there won't be anything unexpected. I needed some extra time on a payment and they helped me out without changing any terms of the loan. This place is horribly unethical, corrupt and they employ thieves! The ENTIRE process was a hassle, poor customer service and as soon as I paid off my loan, I had to call repeatedly to get my vehicle title back. After MONTHS of calling and speaking to inept employees, I finally got my vehicle title. However . . . I paid for my registration along with the loan and my registration was supposed to be included a sent to me as well. When I finally received it, the SEALED envelope contained a copy of my registration but the year tab was torn off of the registration! Point being . . . One of their employees stole the tab prior to mailing it! I called and spoke to one of the worst customer service managers possible, Ross. I explained the criminal problem and Ross not only took offense but stated that their employees don't steal, period. Ross was extremely rude, cut me off, did not even consider following up with the theft from their company and refused to give me his last name. After that horrible experience, I had to call again to follow up myself and spoke to another manager, Dana. Dana was at least understanding of my concern, however he too had his head in a hole and denied any possible fault with his employees reputation. ***Do not use this unethical, disgusting and criminal company for anything! read more

I almost forgot..this place charges at $6 a day or more per diem to your loan...that is $180 on top of a 20+% interested rate to your loan..so if your loan is $5000..that is an additional $1000 you owe to them right off the bat plus another $180 per month on top of the interested and principle amount..making it almost impossible to pay off..you are bound to get your car eventually repossessed and sold..do yourself a favor and never go to a place like this for a loan! read more

DONT GO HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR REPOED. So I had setup a payment arrangement they came the day before took my car . I called them told them about the payment arrangement they brought back my car. Also I recorded everything from the moment they brought back my car just as evidence it was there mistake . So it's considered one repo When it was there mistake. So months pass I was late with them due to the epidemic happening they didn't care I was late like almost 15 days they came an took my car. They told me that since it's two repos that I have to pay the car In full when the first repo was there wrong doing . So this place is a scam trust me it's not worth it because the Interest only is double what ur asking for . Trust me don't go here. there are other places you can go borrow money from . This place waits for you to fall so they can repo your car an sell it . And there goes your ride . They are a scam lender . They are out for there own trust me don't go here . Also they put a gps tracking device in ur vehicle not once did they bring that up when I was borrowing this money from them . Not once . Also if your car is repoed twice they don't care they want the money in full so you lose ur car an there is nothing u can do about it u less u have the full amount to pay off the vehicle . I mean or get a lawyer involved but read ur contract just don't sign it . THEY ARE A SCAM. This has to of been the BIGGER mistake I've ever made in life & I urge anyone to consider other options before taking out a car title loan from Fast Money Loan or any car title loan place in general. My car was bought & paid off. At the time a friend came to me or so I thought he was a friend. He asked me to take out a loan for him because he needed the money & that he would pay me back the loan if I agreed to get it & help him. So I contacted Ross who set me up an appointment. The day I went up there, the friend I agreed to help drove my car up there to them while I was in the passenger seat, on pain medication & in lots of pain. When we arrived the staff new I was in pain & on a narcotics, you think they would of stopped the loan transaction knowing that I was under medication but they didn't. During the signing of the papers I remember being asked "If I was under any type of medication & I answered yes". I also remember being told "If the agent doing my loan thought I fully didn't understand what was going on that they would refuse the loan & not do it" but they continued. Anyways to make a long story short...I left with a loan for my friend in the amount of $3,000 a month later I made the 1st payment not the friend I helped him & he began denying that he received the money at all, so like an adult I still responsible for the loan. Now this business does practice bad business ethics by that I mean this..when u take out the loan they ask u if ur on any type of medication which they also state if u are they won't complete the loan bcus ur on medication. The day I took out the loan I was under a narcotic for pain, yet knowing I couldn't drive, could hardly walk & even mentioned to them I was on medication they still went through with the loan. The interest rate is so high that it takes you forever to pay the loan back to them. They also don't tell u if u make lump sum payments like I did that even though the loan would go down so you think hey I don't have to pay on the loan for 2 months....yet they don't tell you that interest still gets applied to it daily your loan, so as ur thinking the loan went down its getting right back up there. There office staff is nice but can be a pain to. They will call u the day the loan is due to remind you about your payment due & if ur at work & don't answer ur phone they will harass u all day long. Onetime I got 7 phone calls from them in a 3 hr time span it was crazy. The loan i took out really never went down due to interest & late fees. So after having this loan 4 years & it never going down i eventually bought a new car and ended giving Ross a really nice Honda Civic. So the bottom line of the story is never ever agree to help anyone out money wise bcus u will get burned..Also title loans are not acceptable & will cause u so much grief, over all ur better struggling if you can do it. The office staff lacks communication, when they say onething they don't remember it when asked about it again & overall in my case...lesson learned. . read more
