I wanted to share my experience with Farmers Insurance specifically Cathy Youngs office.  I lost my entire restaurant in the Pacific Palisades fire.  My restaurant burned to the ground.  Cathys office helped me from beginning to end.  Farmers sent me a check for my claim within days.  The claims adjuster was super helpful and answered all my questions.   I cannot express how relieved I am for the great communication and for how quickly they paid my claim. read more

First let me say, when looking for a Policy they are so proactive to get you a quote and signed up. This year my policy increased by 3X and when I called they rudely told me, oh well and I can get other quotes. I would like to say how satisfied I've been with Cathy Young and all her office team! Cathy had made sure to take care of me and my husband every time I inquire for a service such as changing or updating something in my policy. I'm a very techy person so I tend to be emailing instead of calling or personally showing up at the insurance office, since I'm always multi tasking at work or doing other things at the same time; I'm usually always busy. Every time I have inquired about adding or changing something on my policy via email, I get a response within or less than the 24 hour mark to notify my it has been done. I never have to call!
