He checked outlets, switches, airflow, paint touch-ups, the breaker panel, attic insulation, the exterior, and even used a drone to inspect the roof. For the final inspection, he delivered an incredibly detailed 75-page report that covered everything from major construction items down to a crack in the road leading to my driveway. While the report was comprehensive, he also took the time to clearly summarize the most important issues that should be addressed before closing, which made the process much less overwhelming. One of the things I appreciated most was his flexibility. New construction schedules are constantly changing, and he was able to accommodate shifting inspection dates both times. He also followed up with phone calls after each inspection to answer any questions and ensure I fully understood his findings. When you're making one of the largest purchases of your life, having someone inspect every inch of the home--including areas and systems you know nothing about--is worth every penny.
