A few things have made the review a -1 star: The spray bottles are no longer provided for unknown reasons. This makes getting things cleaned inside the car impossible. The value of the car wash is less as it's only an exterior wash really now. The bug remover also fails to work. Pretty good car wash. This is half self car wash by the way. The attendant was very nice and explained the different types of washes and didn't try to up-sell me. He said their $10 wash was good enough. I went through the wash which appeared to have soft clothes. This is better on one's car. Upon exiting two people were there to wipe down the car. They seemed very surprised at the $2 tip as I think they aren't used to really getting them. Perhaps as this is more of a self service car wash. Upon exiting one can go into a station with vacuums and windex. They also provide a clean microfiber cloth to wipe down the car with. I wiped down the fluid from the sides of the doors and wiped the windshield again to remove the bugs. They offer a buy 5 get one free package where one pays upfront. The other option is get the 11th wash for free if you keep your receipts. I wouldn't mind a full service wash option with wiping down and vacuum for around $20. read more

Just took my wife's car In to be washed...first the good...the young man taking cars in at the front very nice and polite. The young man in the light blue shirt on the right side did a pretty good beginning rinse, the kid on the left looked bored. Now the bad, the system continues to do a poor job as you can see especially in my second photo. The top rear and rear of the MDX was still dirty. When you exit shouldn't the guys wiping it down notice???? I pay for a Best @ $13, not the Platinum because it gets tire junk all over the running boards and lower panels. Then takes me 30 minutes to clean it up. Why can't you get your machines to do a proper job? Does anyone train your guys on what to do and look for? I always come here (weather permitting) when I'm in the Tracy. They don't offer free towels like they used to with the 2 lower packages which is a bummer. I always get the cheapest wash and they wipe the car dry at the end - nice touch. I love vacuuming out my car since I have kids and the crumbs get out-of-control. Seriously, so satisfying. Multiple times i've had to run my car through the wash 3 times over to get it clean. Tesla model 3, not even really dirty. Finally the last time I put my car in park, told them to use their brush to get the dried grass off the car since the car wash doesn't get it off. The car actually came out with a bunch of black grease all over the side once. So it came out dirtier than it went in ‍ The wiping at the end is a complete and udder joke. IMO its worth about 3-4$ read more

This place did not work out. Paid them $45 each month and they close early. The last straw was when I pulled up, the guy guided me in and another guy came up and told me to back out because his boss told him to close. Cancelled my monthly car wash immediately. If the cones would have been out to block the entrance, I understand. To get all the way in and they make me back out is unacceptable. read more

Used to work at one of these in Turlock and Fatima and fam ran it top notch! Loved their car washes but today I came back from the bay tried this Tracy location and it was TERRIBLE! Almost everyone on shift didn't have uniforms on, guy on the register really didn't want to be there, barely scrubbed the car my back window was still filthy, the guy drying barely swiped his towel on my car and left soap on my trunk. The machines in the car wash are filthy! Maybe the crew today was just bad? I don't know. Definitely won't be coming back to this one. Hopeful the Turlock locations are better than this. read more

This place used to be good, they would towel dry the car. The washer was set at a lower speed. Now they just rush to get as many cars as possible, i went there to get my truck washed the top of the cab and the tail gate looked filthy after the wash, the guy doing the drying does his job like he doesn't give a damb. We have used them for two years now. They were great; detailed, great wash and quick drying. Now, the service has begun to slack, so much so, we aren't at all happy. We pay for the monthly platinum and it has become basic at best. Lately, the side drying cloths are never on, the interior detail clothes are dry, and the people drying at the end of the wash smear up your windows at best. There is only one person drying and he is trying to dry the cars with soaking wet towels. We more often than not have to pull over into a bay to dry our vehicle and wipe the windows/ mirrors before we can see to drive. I can't see continuing to pay for the, "Platinum Package" if the service is basic at best and I end up finishing the wash on my own. We have been coming here since they opened. We have the monthly plan which consists of unlimited washes a month, even though we only come in once or twice a week it totally pays for itself. I love that the people working there already recognize cars and auto type the licenses in so we can just roll on through. The washes and drys are very thorough and if something gets missed, they tell us we can roll on through again. We love this place and it's employees are great! read more

I really wanted to like this place. Used them due to it being close to work. Bought their pre-paid package with 1 free wash. They always include a clean microfiber towel for your use. But as I continue to use their services I notice they don't really clean your car that well. I bought the wash service that include "bug cleaning" for the front, but they barely scrub the front. I often have to ask for a re-wash. As other reviewers say, their hand drying service isn't the best, I'd rather pass and dry it myself. I do like their free vacuums available. read more

This car wash used to be my go to when it first opened-- they used to give out towels to do some extra cleaning outside and inside the car as well as spray bottles to clean the interior of your car. Now they don't give either (not sure why but it's whatever). As far as the wash goes, I feel like when they first opened up I would get great washes-- the workers in the beginning would clean the car with brushes and soap prior to the car going inside the wash which was super helpful! And my car would come out fully cleaned with me just having to clean the interior. Now I feel like my car always comes out with a dirty windshield and bugs still on the car. Last time I went I asked if they could specifically clean the front really well because of the bugs as I commute a lot, and they did somewhat but bugs still did not come off. I always pay for the premium (most expensive) wash, and mind you they raised the prices. I like it for convenience-- it's closest to Mountain House and it has the vacuums-- but if I find a better place I will be going there. Also depending on the worker sometimes they don't even clean the car prior to it going into the wash so if they don't do that make sure to ask them to. They are supposed to give it a quick brush with soap and water prior to it going in the wash read more

5 stars because I would come here again. My car had not been washed in a couple months. I only got a car wash because one of my friends said my car was dusty. I paid for the lowest $9 and my car came out pretty clean. I was confused going into to the drive and when to put it in neutral and stuff, but overall, pleasant experience. Well I have to say I'm pretty impressed with this car wash. I asked if they had a brush that would wash the rims. And they said no. But they washed them by hand before my car went through. At the end there is an attendant that dries your car for you. The vacuums are free. And there are 2 different nozzles so you can get all the nooks and crannies in your car. read more
