Warning to all Tracy residents: Do not use this Fast Shine Car Wash in Tracy on Grant Line Rd. The sign says "Fast Shine Is Very Safe", but this is false advertisement. My son drove his Honda Accord through this car wash yesterday and both of his driver side tires were punctured and the valve stems and sensors were ripped out. When he asked to speak to the manager there was no site manager on duty. Only teenagers running the show. We had to pay to have his vehicle towed and to have the tires and valve stems replaced. When I was FINALLY able to reach a manager, they said they would look into it and get back to me. The next day the manager told me they were not liable and would not be reimbursing us for the damage. His reason was he said it looked like his valve stems stuck out too far and he sends me a blurry picture of his wheel. They are stock valve stems on a Honda Accord. Sorry, are those not acceptable to go through your car wash? Small claims court it is! Most expensive car wash experience ever. Next time I'll hand wash. I have been here since they've opened, and bring one of my three vehicles here weekly....I just received my second "Free" car wash. Upon arrival, you just drive up, select which wash you'd like, a damp towel is given to you to wipe down your interior, you pay, put car in neutral and allow the machine do it's job. Upon exiting the wash, there will be an associate that will do a quick wipe down of your vehicle. There also are covered vacuum stations available as part of car wash. Brought my car in today March 6 and was disappointed. I should of known just by the way things were starting and reversed myself out of there. Started with the kids having no communication skills. One guys telling me to pull forward while ones already spraying my windshield while one has my window down and trying to collect payment. The automatic wash did it's job so one star for that and then came the drying part. Angry kids just mugging me down while they dry my car with a half a** job. You're better off going to chevron or any gas station wash. Better training and better people skills need to be taught to these kids. read more

I hope my experience was isolated, but I definitely will never come here again. Even after the driers, my truck came out still soaking wet with dirt trails all over, then to make it worse, the kids wiping it down had soaking wet rags, so now I basically have to rewash my entire truck. There is no comparison to Mister or Primeshine, they are far better and don't need to wipe down at the end. Plus these kids were confused and giving different directions which had me confused. Not a fan. My first time here. car wash wasn't good. I still had gunk all over my car on my windshield the dirt just smeared. They have two people wash your car with a soft brush before you go thru the wash process that isn't sped thru and there's even a person to hand dry your car after the dryer and sham brush dries it! $12 totally worth it! After patronizing this business since they opened, MY LAST visit the wash tore factory marker lights from cab roof of pickup truck, they will not support repair due to the signage states not responsible for vehicle damage if vehicle is more than 3 years old. It's a good car wash if you don't care about the finish of your car and just need it to get cleaned. It's by no stretch a thorough careful detail, It's handy to have someone at the end to wipe dry the car but it doesn't get fully dry as they are in a hurry. But they hand you a damp microfiber rag to wipe down the interior that does good enough to finish off what they miss so I usually wash first then vacuum so I can go around and wipe the car down, Mostly the wheels because the rollers that are putting on the tire shine get all over the wheels too. I try to only use this place for my 11 year old Toyota rav4 since it's already covered in scratches but I usually go to the hand wash place on tracy blvd or wash the Audi myself, But I tried to be lazy and paid the price... My 1 year old Audi is covered in swirl marks (light scratches) from the hard brush and nylon strips that they use to clean the car. I blame myself, I know automatic car washes are bad for the finish but the last time was particularly bad and caused more damage than I thought it would... Now I'm going to have to spend several hundred to a grand to get the paint corrected because I got lazy and came here. read more

I used to work at a competing car wash in town, we had training on how to talk to customers about damage to their vehicles because it was such a common occurrence, don't get me wrong there are a lot of people out there that would get a wash with the intention of having us repair damage that was in reality, already there. However, there were plenty of cases where the wash was at fault, the thing I took away the most from my experience there was not to ever get a wash if my car had any previous damage because more than likely the wash will make the damage worse, with all that being said, I've always preferred Fast Track because, bottom line, my car always comes out clean, my most recent wash was at least 6 months worth of dirt and I was honestly pretty amazed at how clean it came out, not to mention, I got a free wash because it was my 11th time, quite a nice surprise considering I didn't even know they did that, thanks guys! I have been here twice. First time was uneventful as a carwash should be. Got the cheapest carwash for $7 aka "Good". Car was washed. End of story. On July 1st I went for the second time. Got the $7 "Good" wash. Towards the end of the wash, just before the dry some misty stuff got sprayed. It left everything looking kind of foggy. At the end as the guy was hand towel drying it. I got out and noticed some weird streaks. It wasn't just water. Seemed like someone sprayed dirty water on it. I ran my fingers across and they turned black. Another girl walked by and saw it and asked me to go in again. So I go back. At this point the guy collecting the money who claimed to be a supervisor said there is nothing he can do about it and can not wash it again as I bought the cheapest wash! After some back and forth he showed me the sign just below the the price where everything except the cheapest wash has a guaranty. Paid $7 to have my car look dirtier than it was before. BTW the car was not unusually dirty to begin with. I can understand it if it was full of mud or something. Came through today to get a quick wash on my vehicle. The wash isn't that thorough but good for a quick clean. Well anyways, I bought the platinum car wash that has the tire shine. The tire shine completely missed my tires and so I came back later to see if they could do something about it. The employee said the only thing they can do is run me through the wash again. I told him what good is that going to do as the tire shine missed my tires in the first place...no response. No other offer besides having me go through the car wash again. What a bummer. This place peeled the paint off of our 4Runner and although the management was somewhat responsive (called us several days later to ask us to come in) the owner was polite and did followup; however he stated that it was our 4runners fault as it had been repainted and didn't have a clear coat and would continue to peel as it was not painted by the dealer. He would put in a claim with the insurance but doubted they would approve. We bought our car used (one owner before us) we got the carfax and contacted the dealer who we bought it from and they confirmed the truck was never repainted. Original paint from the manufacturer. Couple weeks owner called to say insurance did not approve (no duh- why would they if he told them it was our trucks fault?) and offered a $100 gift card. No thanks we don't want to take any of our cars to your car wash ever again! Promptly took the SAME 4Runner to the other car was across town- ends with shine. Not sure how it's so hard for the guys that work there to actually just hose down your car. They don't even have to wash it. They literally just hose it down. The machine cleans it and then they dry it off. And yet they never seem to do it right. This used to be my go to place until yesterday. The employees couldn't get my car to go on the belt (I've brought the same car multiple times), told me I can't get my refund until I come back when a manager is present (I have to physically come back for a refund), and didn't even offer a rag after they rinsed off my car. I wish I could give this place a better review, as the front line employees were above and beyond professional and courteous. Unfortunately, I cannot as the management of this establishment lacks the ethics their subordinates exude. I took my car in for a wash, and went with the Platinum ($14). After the wash we (me, wife, and kid) were vacuuming and working on the interior when one of the employee's walked up and asked me if a Chrysler emblem was mine. It was! They had found it in the wash, so I was asked to assist in filling out an incident report. I gave the employee all the information he needed and asked for, and was told I would hear back in no later than 2 business days. Since I was not given a copy of the incident report, I asked for a business card with the number of whom I should follow up with. They gladly gave me the card. I never heard anything back after 2 business days, so on day 3 I called and left a message. Still nothing. I called and left a message again yesterday (the 1 week mark). Still nothing. read more

I love this place! They give you a damp microfiber cloth to wipe your car down with. The price to me is reasonable, I'm always pleased with how clean my car looks. I get the 14$ wash and it's basically the works. It includes tire shine and my rims are always easily wiped sparkling. One of the workers keeps coming over to the people vacuuming to offer another towel, and also says if anything isn't working to let a worker know. I mean it's just a car wash place.
