He explained that my scan bar probably didn't lineup with the scanner, which caused the issue. He was right, and they still allow unlimited car washes with monthly plans. The location deserves a 5-Star review. One suggestion would be to ensure all vacuum filters are cleaned out regularly to ensure the best and most efficient suction.
