I am so unbelievably dissapointed in our experience with this limo service for a bridal party that…read moreI was in. The bus was beautiful but it wasnt worth being treated so poorly by the driver. He was the most miserable person I have ever come in contact with. I politely asked where the closest place was to get champagne so we could toast in the bus and he threw his hands up and rudely said that he didn't know. I felt scolded for asking a simple question. As we drive, he slammed on his breaks numerous times as our videographer has on tape and every person on the bus spilled drinks because of it. To top it off, we arrived at the reception at 6 pm when we had paid to be on the bus until 645 pm. I asked why we had arrived so early and he responded with: "You had reservations until 630 pm and I have somewhere to be so this is going to have to work." He also said that he already talked to his manager about me, called me a F****** B****, and said that his manager said that he would expect nothing less than someone like me from a party like that. All while this lovely conversation was going on, he coasted in the parking lot and SLAMMED on his breaks, throwing everyone in the bus. The bride and groom spilled drinks all over themselves before entering the reception. Our videographer saw everything and was even nervous about our safety. Nobody deserves to be treated like this. I would hate for anyone else to have such a horrible experience on their wedding day. Luckily, being the "type of party" we are, we made the best of the night to celebrate the wedding we were in.

We have used their Town car service for rides to/from Detroit Airport for several years…read more They have always been early or waiting at baggage claim with our name on a sign board upon our return. They track your flight for delays or early arrival. The cars are always clean, drivers are professional and drive safe. Individual climate controls in back. Never a mechanical or other issue. The amount that they quote is all inclusive, tip, tax, airport parking fee etc.. The drivers help with suitcases. I didn't give them 5 stars because: They always show up early by about 15 minutes - which is ok - unless it's at 5 am and you're still getting dressed! I prefer that they ring the doorbell just 5 minutes early. They have a policy of picking you up at least 2.5 hrs prior to flight - 2.0 hours is plenty for us as we have expedited security etc. but we can't seem to override their "policy" without lying about our flight time... They charge an early morning add-on charge before 6 am. I think they should discount their rates before 6 am as there is no traffic so the trip is quicker/easier! Sometimes the drivers offer complimentary small water bottles - but it's not consistent. (it's a very nice touch - keep a case in the trunk) Paperwork, we always prepay on phone with credit card when making reservations but we still have to sign slips, fill out/review pickup requests etc. I prefer to get-in, or get -out, and go. A on-line reservation/payment system is needed - especially to change/update pickup reservations when traveling abroad and phone service is spotty or expensive. All-in-all very good service for Airport transportation to DTW.

We even received complimentary "Bride, Groom, Best Man and Maid of Honor" glasses and there was a "just married" sign on the limo! The driver was extremely friendly and helpful!
