This, of course, scared me, so I started reversing, to get away from him, because he was clearly volatile & unpredictable. Unfortunately, I needed to back-up in a curve, not straight back, and I didn't see a large yellow pole in my blind spot, which dented the rear passenger side of my car, above the rear wheel. In mid-December, when I was in the neighborhood, and had some spare time, I stopped by the Toyota dealership, who referred me here. Given I've never needed auto body work before, I had no idea how the process worked, so I stopped by, and asked to book a consultation/estimate. Unfortunately, the earliest appointment was for January, given most people use insurance, and the claims process takes some time. Given I wanted to start 2024 with a fresh start, was paying out-of-pocket, and had a 2-week "staycation" to get caught up on things like this in December, I asked if there was anything they could do, to give me a ballpark estimate that day. Thankfully, Antonio came outside, viewed & assessed my vehicle, and gave me a rough estimate, advising me that it could change, once they got it up on the rack & inspected it in more detail. He also gave me the brilliant news that he could squeeze me in during my 2-week staycation. We booked the job, and I followed-up with my insurance company, to verify my deductible - to see what money I might be losing on that, yet potentially save on preventing a policy increase, not to mention the time & hassle of avoiding the claims process, including sending photos to the claims adjustor, and the coordination involved - time, I didn't have. Surprisingly & shockingly - much to my delight! - not only did Antonio & his team get my car in on the first day of my staycation, the price was only $150 above the estimate, and he had the job completed within 3-business days! Thereby, he saved me on the planned 2-weeks of my rental car, which was also out-of-pocket! Talk about under-promising & over-delivering! I love how Antonio gave me a 2-week estimate, for a worst case scenario, then surprised me by having my car ready early! I'll also add that Jen, at the front desk, made the logistics, booking, payment, and coordination with their preferred rental car company, Enterprise - nearby, a piece of cake. And best of all? My car looks *PERFECT*, exactly like Antonio communicated with me initially. It looks like nothing ever happened, and that man never scared me. And if anything ever happens again on the crazy roads of my home state of Colorado, I know where I'm coming to fix & solve it! :-)
