I called Tommy at 6:30 pm on a Tuesday night and he immediately went to work to secure a tow truck driver for 10:30 the next morning. When I arrived at 10:15 the next day, Dave was already waiting for me. Dave was off the charts amazing. He assessed the problem, and then carefully went to work, lifting the boat and trailer onto his flatbed. We were both stressed, knowing that the trailer barely fit the flatbed and that the wheel could break off at any point. Once the boat was on the trailer, he meticulously tied everything down, including the wheel that was about to fall off. I met him at the trailer repair place, and Dave showed as much precaution and expertise in offloading the boat and trailer as he did in getting it on his flatbed. Tommy charged $300 and I tipped Dave $75--but it was such a good deal!! I've added Absolute Towing to my address book and will only call them in the future for my towing services.

So I did take one star for that because that's what most people will be dealing with initially. But this score will still bump them up as they deserve! We really got to see what they were made of, and how they try to be good people. We had a whole big ordeal project with these guys that unexpectedly got out of hand and it was not their fault. It lasted for weeks while we battled the powers that be! Messes with insurance and life issues and a car accident meant that this project became a lot more than a single Towing incident. Once I got to the owner or Mgr, he was incredibly helpful, courteous, friendly, generous, and totally worked with our crazy situation. He was so understanding. He took time out of his day several times to help us with things. I really wanted to make sure to get on here and get him an elite review because there weren't very many reviews and one bad one brought them way down below 3 stars, but I'm telling you the owners of this company are wonderful people and I really hope to send them some business in the future. He said he would come the next morning to figure out why it wasn't fixed and never showed up. Called Lifestyle to ask about Nick and was told he would make sure we get taken care of. Still nothing. I spoke with Lifestyle and was told he would head our way at 1pm. That time came and went. Would not recommend this company to anyone since we were lied to by the owner and Nick. Obviously not a trustworthy company and especially not a trustworthy employee since their word doesn't mean anything. Stay away from Lifestyle Towing and especially Nick if he says he can work on your car. Vehicle repair is listed on the website saying if they can't fix a car on the spot, they will tow it where it can be repaired which I'm assuming is Nick's repair shop. STAY AWAY! Anyone affiliated with Nick when it comes to any service will be a waste of time and money and we would have called someone else to tow if we knew it would turn out this way, left without a working car that was serviced by Nick.
