We've owned this vehicle since new and keep it garaged and well-maintained. His response? "There's nothing I can do." He told me he'd fill out an incident report, but that it would go nowhere and that they weren't at fault. Then he said, "I just work here," as if that excused him from taking any responsibility. Duncan is not just an employee. He's the grandson of the man who founded 5 Minute Car Wash. His father helps run it too. This is a family business, and their response to damaging a loyal customer's car was to shrug it off and show zero accountability. I paid for the repairs out of pocket and I won't be coming back.
