He did a great job replacing my brake pads and rotors - less than hour, unheard of when compared to other mechanics or a dealership. The pricing was also really good, I called about 5 competitors and all of them were unclear on the pricing for a simple jobs. Others would tell me I had a "first time customer" coupon.. Key Mechanics was straight to the point and direct within the first minute of chatting with them - nobody beat their price. I can definitely say that I will be giving them a call again.

I ordered my own parts and when they were replacing the brakes they discovered they were not the correct size. They were nice enough to return the wrong ones, and pick up the replacement brakes from the auto parts store. Keon and his co worker Smitty were very friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent about the work being performed. I will definitely be calling them again we I need work done on my car.
