Do not trust this business; they tried to scam me, and I had to go through UHaul to get my money…read moreback. I went to Tag and Title Boutique to drop off my U-Haul reservation. I left the car clean and thought everything was fine. The next day I was charged an $100 cleaning fee. I called because I thought it was a mistake, but I was told I dumped trash behind the business, and people had seen me and recorded me. That was impossible since I did not dump any trash. My U-Haul was to bring large furniture to my new apartment there were never even any trash bags in the truck. I asked to review the footage and was told it would be sent to me. It's been four days, and I have not received any footage, just photos of trash bags nowhere near where I left my truck. I asked the woman on the phone to review the footage, as I was certain I hadn't dumped any trash, but she refused. I had to go through UHaul to get my money back, and I never received any apology or acknowledgment that I was accused of something I did not do and then charged.

So I decided to call around and I ended up at S&S in Rivertowne shopping center. I was skeptical but Cece provided great customer service and promptly put all of my worries to rest. She was funny, she was polite, she was knowledgeable, she gave me options and she helped me complete my vehicle registration with ease. I even bought myself a Black Lives Matter shirt here. I moved to Maryland from Virginia a couple of months ago and I needed an Emissions Inspection. When…read moreI went to the MVA website it told me there were 2 locations near me. I went to this one and it said there was about a 9 minute wait time. This was around 11am on a Saturday. The process was very smooth. I am surprised the state of Virginia doesn't have this. Such an efficient drive-thru emissions inspection. I got in line, once I got to the booth they asked for my MVA emissions request, they put a sensor for the gas cap test, I stepped out for like 3 minutes to pay while they did an OBD test, then given a print out and done. I was out in fifteen minutes, I was expecting at least half an hour.

I came in on 11/05/21 and a young woman named "Taya" assisted me. I called first and she was well…read moremannered and even LISTENED to me and did NOT cut me off. She told me to come in as the price is generated and could not give me pricing on the phone. Normally I would just by past and no go to a place that tells me that but I went because of her manners and patience. Went in less than 10 minutes I was out the door. She explained to me everything , had a great spirit and the whole place was warming , smelled good while a candle was lit "warm vanilla" (yes I'm observant ). The place was clean. The table that when you come in the door to your right was clean (no fingerprints on the glass ) and even the baseboards was clean. This was my first time in a Tag & Title place and people always tells me story on how they are ghetto and hood but no it definitely was not. I really appreciate the customer service and the timely fashion everything was done. First time ever renewing my tags and changing over my personalized plates to standardized.
