They were nice enough to return the wrong ones, and pick up the replacement brakes from the auto parts store. This for I received my insurance deductible of 500 dollars. The owner Keon Wilson says he will reimburse me my 4,767.88 for my engine however I have not received it or any information on when or how I will be reimbursed. Just excuses! I asked why the business insurance is not paying for it? He said "because the vehicle was not in the shop at the time of the incident, the mechanic a independent contractor who was driving the vehicle after hours that's where the problem comes up". So now I'm out of a vehicle , 4760 for the engine not to mention the 1,000 I spent on tires new tires. The mechanic/driver provided our insurance to the state trooper (this is now a at fault accident on my insurance). I am mad as hell!! This is going to be a long drawn out process in court now. There is a reason this place always has openings! I went end of day for oil change. They claimed…read moremy coolant was "contaminated" and needed to be flushed for over $300 or else my engine would overheat. I declined this and the other expensive services they wanted to provide. Sure enough, right after I drove off, my vehicle did overheat for first time ever! Turns out the coolant had been completely drained! Tom's wife answers the phone and is polite and courteous.
