Today is the third time I come here and now realize how bad this drive-through car wash is , in comparison to others . Even after paying for the top wash, I can clearly see the amount of soap and suds sprayed on my windshield is very minimal. Today it seemed like the machine was washing my car with straight up water. My last car wash , I went to another competing drive-through place and it was night and day difference . As you enter the tunnel after the first rinse cycle, my car was immediately soaked with thick soap and suds . Then it was very obvious that the wash brushes were providing a much more deeper and thorough cleaning . When I came today, I finally had something to compare this car wash too because the last couple times something just seemed off and I couldn't figure it out. This car wash is 100% skimping out on a good thorough wash and probably hoping customers don't notice. If you don't believe me, try going to another place and compare and see for yourself. I just went through wash in the entire back of my Honda hatchback is still dusty and super spotty and dirty . I don't even think the brushes are getting the rear the vehicles correctly. This location is close to me so perfect way to get the Silver Car Wash. I did wash my car once in awhile but it costs $12 for 1 and the monthly is only $20. So really no brainer, get the monthly. They always have a line so it's nice to use the express lane. It's now associated with your license plate. I also like getting the wipes and car freshners but I only get it with that lane is empty. Not a bad car wash. Can't say it gets everything off but you can go through again. I also notice marks on my car from the washers but it's just a car. At least I don't have to wash it. Plenty of vacuum stations as well for you to do interior. SYOY! read more

Eh this place has a lot to be desired. It's $20 for the most basic wash and you have to bring all your own supplies or be prepared to pay. Usually these car washes at least have towels to dry your car along with the vacuums but this place doesn't. The vacuums are only corner tools so you can't properly vacuum your seats and mats. The vacuum tool was pinched weird and the suction was bad. A basic wash is $19 and for that price I feel like that should include towels to dry since the labor is done by the customer. For $25 I can get a wash with staff doing the drying and vacuuming. They have a lot of space here and in theory you can roll in and vacuum for free without a wash but I wouldn't pay for this. I got a free "wash" with my car service but I'd bring my own towels next time?? Dunno, at least super wash has towels. No bueno. read more

We will warn everyone who has those antenna toppers to unscrew them before going thru car wash!!!! BOTH our cars (Ford and Hyundai) had our toppers (which were 4 -5 inches in length) RIPPED from the screws!!!! How can they both happen at the same location??? Remind you both were securely screwed on and they still got broken off. Thus doesn't happen at OTHER car washes but it happens here????? That makes me speculate that the motors that run the system here are more powerful and stronger in the contact. For the Hyundai they did find it under the bay. Not sure what super annoying boy was in charge off the entrance of the actual car wash mechanism that is supposed to to guide your tire. But his attitude sucks, he "thinks" he's pointing to the right but his actual pointing was pointing in towards the machine which was confusing. Long-time customers, won't be back. December 2024 there was a chain collision in the wash tunnel -- a driver ahead braked for 5mins on the conveyor and staff didn't stop the line in time. The at-fault driver fled. We were given two complimentary wash cards as goodwill and told explicitly no signature was needed. First card redeemed in 2025, no issue. This year, the cashier who said he was also a manager(low bar for manager or lie?), refused the second card, claimed signatures are "required," and interrogated us about how we got it as if we'd stolen it. If signatures are required, that's on your staff to handle at the point of issue -- not on the customer to defend. Disrespectful, and a clear training failure at the manager level. read more

In the beginning, this car wash was really good. Everything was functioning and people were happy. Seems like now every other time I go there, part of their machine is down and not working like today the cleaning spinning brush was not working and the dryer brushes aren't calibrated properly so it barely dried the car. Also, the hand air blowers and vacuums are so weak now on the right hand side they barely even puff or suck air. This is how many places start to fail. Pay attention and keep up with the maintenance of your car wash guys and we will all be a loyal customers. Cut corners and cheapen it up including staff (the guy said "no one else complained") and you'll see less business. read more

Last week, March 5, I went in for a car wash. After arriving home and exiting my car, I noticed multiple scratches over the bottom of my hood. I immediately took the car back and brought the problem to whom I assumed was a supervisor. He claimed that I had come in with the scratches. When he showed me the security footage, I told him the "preexisting scratches" he did not match the scratches on my car whatsoever, as he had told me the footage was of the top of the hood, but the scratches were at the bottom. I told him he was trying to convince me that the scratches were on a completely different part of the hood and he admitted he wasn't able to see footage of the part of the hood the scratches were on. It was only after 30 minutes of being told that I was wrong for claiming this occurred from the wash, that he agreed what he was pointing out was in fact not existing scratches going into the wash and offered to fill out an incident report and bring this to the store manager. The next day, the store manager calls and agrees to let me view the security footage. When I pointed out the brushes that I felt matched the shape of the scratches, she claimed that the brushes were microfiber and couldn't have scratched the car. When I suggested there might have been some sort of debris in the brush, she said there was nothing she could do other than have me talk to the district manager. When the district manager arrived, he had no interest in considering that the machine could have done any damage as there were no "malfunctions" coming from the machines. I then told both the store and district manager that I was simply looking for someone to take responsibility of the scratches. The district manager then said that he was not going to take this to cooperate whatsoever because he did not believe there was a case. He told me there was nothing he could do about it because "no one else had made any similar claims". Through the entire situation, I felt that no one cared for the fact that I was coming to them, concerned for my brand new car, looking for some responsibility to be taken. They were simply trying to brush off the problem by telling me if I were to take the problem any higher, I would hear the same thing as what they were telling me. read more
