I have a monthly membership, but I'm considering canceling and going with another local car wash. The only job of the person in front is to guide the people's cars NOT to hit the rail. Second time older bald man just waves me in, I tell him thru the window left or right I don't want to hit rims, he just keeps waving me in and sure enough my rim hit. I tell him why didn't he tell me earlier he just laughs, this is NOT a joke , Who is going to pay for my rims? I paid for the "Platinum" wash, the most expensive thinking it'll clean my car better, all it did was wake the day old bird poop harder to scrum off with a cleaning wipe after coming through the wash because of the wax on it. The window wipes left streaks on my windows, my car isn't cleaner other than the dust from driving for two weeks since my last wash is gone, all the yellow dots from bugs, and bird poop is still there though, not worth the money. Also when I tried to purchase window wipes from the machine it ate my money and didn't give me the wipes so I had to walk over to the booth on the other side of the building to get some, then I came back to purchase towels and it ate my money for those as well, didn't bother walking over to get some towels, I'll let the $2 go and never come back to one of these again. Good thing I didn't buy a membership like I was thinking about doing. read more

When the car wash guy is on SOMETHING at work... no wonder why our car never gets cleaned here. We are members and sometimes I have to go through twice to even get it cleaned... but this takes the cake... they don't take care of the equipment here, the employees don't care and we pay $40 bucks a month for this which is a joke. There were different categories of car washes that vary in price and included different offerings. They also have memberships that allow unlimited car washes at any of their 20 locations in the Southern California area. There were multiple lines that you can enter under different signs. One sign was labeled "credit cards only" and another was labeled "all customers". The latter line also had a human operator in case you wanted to talk to someone or get change. I usually choose the bronze car wash ($10) which just includes the car wash, spot free rinse, and free vacuums. After payment, drive to the front of the entrance where a worker guides you to align your car with the tracks. Then follow the signs to the left of the entrance and go through the wash. The wash was quick and was pretty effective in only a couple minutes. It'll never be at the same level of cleanliness as a hand wash but this is a convenient option that is relatively affordable. The free vacuums after the wash are nice to clean your car some more. read more

I've been to this car wash in Irvine twice and was really disappointed both times. The machine wash didn't even touch the front windshield and all the dirt and spots were still there when I came out, so I ended up having to manually clean everything myself. Honestly, it felt like the machines didn't do much at all. If anything, you're getting water sprayed at it. There are much better express washes around, like Russell Fischer in Huntington Beach, where the wash actually gets your car clean. This is a car wash that goes through the rotating brushes. They have two lanes: one for all customers and another lane for just credit cards. They have 4 tiers: Bronze ($10), Silver ($13), Gold ($16), Platinum ($20). I did Platnium, which gives you half off within 180 days for the next time you visit. They also give you a free car freshener with the package. After going through the car wash, they also have an area where you can vacuum your car. My car was still dirty and didn't clean well at all. I wouldn't come back if you wanted a nice clean car, but if you wanted to get rid of some dirt, then you can try it out but don't expect it to be clean. I honestly don't think the tiers matter either, 'cause Platnium pretty much did nothing to my car, but not sure if Bronze would be the same quality. It was disappointing, but I also didn't expect it to be spotless for a car wash. Came a couple times where the same guy who does the pre-soak doesn't pre-soak and is just on the phone. They offered me to go again but doesn't matter since I already have the unlimited wash and the point is to pre-soak the car before washing it once. read more

Multiple lanes, but gets very crowded at peak times. This was probably the most crowded we've ever seen for a car wash. The lines took forever and were getting so long that it was getting difficult for cars to get through to the other side of the plaza. They obviously can't do anything about it, but they should definitely have cones or some time of barrier to help organize the lines better. * Bronze Wash: 8/10 - good and effective It was also dark when we went yet the lights for vacuuming still didn't go on which made it difficult to vacuum. Fast 5 used to be my favorite car wash. It is evident over the past couple of years their prices have increased dramatically and the equipment is substandard. The top to the rear of my car rarely gets touched by the buffer. A car wash is now $24.00 for I repeat substandard service. The kind attendants look embarrassed by this. Fast 5 used to be the best. Hi Fast-wherever, Around 4 or 5 weeks ago I went to this cheap carwash in Torrance, THEIR MACHINES STOP , THE CARS HIT EACH OTHER IN THE TUNNEL WASH, my car get scratches on the back bumper everywhere, at that time the Manager in turn (lady) took pictures my license plate and they will make a report and told me they will call me. Until now I have not received phone call , I comeback to ask , the manager in turn today, MOISES X , told me that they are not responsible. He didn't bother to check the "report list" , took the license plate and find out what happened , only from his fat mouth said "we are not going to pay", for customer side terrible experience more than scratches to have Manager with no sense of empathy or not clarity to find solutions. read more

Highly recommend. Various memberships offered here. Friendly staff. I like coming here because my car always comes out clean and looking brand new! Although this trip I had to do a rewash as there were still some residual insect parts stuck to my window and hood. They have free vacuum and air that you can use up to 5 minutes to really get your car clean! read more

Honestly, I usually opt for a hand car wash but since we were just trying to get a little rinse after the unexpected rainy day yesterday we tried this spot down the street from us. When you arrive, there's three lanes to choose from: a members only lane, credit card/self serve lane, and a lane for all other customers. After perusing the options, we decided on the Silver Wash which was still a bargain at $13 compared to our typical hand wash spot. The cashier was friendly and efficient. It was a busy morning but he did a great job controlling the flow of traffic and making sure each lane was entering the wash at the right time. The wash itself takes less than 2 minutes I'd say. It's super easy figuring out entry and exit with the lights and signage. And when you finish, you can easily pull into one of the slanted spots to finish up with a vacuum. Overall, it's a pretty decent wash for a drive through! Will be back. read more

It did an "OK" job cleaning the exterior but it's not a wash I would come back to for the following reasons: 1. The tunnel is too short and quick--it's a quick gas station car wash masquerading as a real car wash. 2. The brushes were worn and not clean. 3. Not enough soap. 4. It ran the car through too quickly. 5. I waited a long time on the weekend because the members have their own separate line and go first into the same tunnel. Picture going out to a bar and waiting on line outside watching everyone with connections for 30 minutes just walk up and go in via a separate line and the bouncer every so often lets folks on your line in. The self-vacuum stations had adequate suction to clean the inside and there were enough stations that you did not have to wait. After you vacuum you can pull off into the parking lot and detail your car. There are better car washes for the price in the area. read more

This was probably the biggest rip-off of a carwash I've ever experienced. I read a lot of reviews that question the tier status, and now I see why, because we got the platinum (most expensive) wash and I cannot tell what it did other than rinse it. So, if you want some loose dirt rinsed off your car, then just pay for the cheapest one they offer, because I cannot imagine any other wash being worse than the most expensive one they offer. But if you really want your car to get clean, then you need to go elsewhere. I would have never dropped $20 just to get my car rinsed off. I will never go back. Price just jumped from $10 to 12 for the basic wash. Car comes out not fully dry so you have to bring a towel to dry it. For that $2 jump, we should expect some change. Suggestions the business could add considering a $2 price hike: - water/mist sprayer (other car washes have) - hand towels customers can clean rims with (other car washes have) - let the bronze wash use the "super dry" roller dryer at the end (right now only available to silver and gold washes. - mini sticky / dusters we can clean inside with - get rid of water buildup/sewage on one of the stalls so customers don't have to step in it when they exit vehicle. *the monthly special is still a great deal! I just don't need to wash it enough to get on the subscription. Until something is changed I'll just space out my washes more or go elsewhere. read more

I used to go here all the time. After a few disappointing visits with the equipment not working correctly, I started going elsewhere. Two days ago I tried again - and I was disappointed again. It was Friday afternoon, so I figured it would be busy, which it was, but the line moved quickly. Once inside the car wash, the sprays all worked, but the overhead scrubber never came down, and only one set of the side scrubbers worked. As a result, there was still dirt on the hood, windshield, and top of my car - very disappointing. I should have stayed away. read more

This is my favorite car wash place in Irvine (the closest thing you'll get to soapy joes). They have very yummy air freshners like lemon and coconut creme and the workers are all so kind. You pay for the kind of wash you want and then there are designated spots to vacuum after you go through the wash. Do be warned it can get really busy on weekends and when you exit the wash, you won't have a place to vacuum and you can't just stop, you have to keep going and leave without vaccuum. I wish they would create a better system so that vacuuming was guaranteed when you go through the wash (you can't leave and come back just for vacuuming).
