I was having a really hard day today. After I went through the car wash, I noticed there were still spots on my car. It was closing time, and I felt terrible asking to go through again. We both smiled, and for a moment, the weight of the day felt lighter. Maria was also incredibly kind, cheerful, and welcoming. It reminded me that kindness doesn't have to be grand to make a difference. A smile, a little patience, and a few encouraging words can mean everything to someone who's struggling. Went to this location for the first time as it was near the 405 freeway. I have a membership with this place and we frequent the Tustin location. Went thru the carwash and my car was DRENCHED with soap still on the car. NO WHERE NEAR DRY. I feel that this location has a shorter drive thru then the other locations. Everyone else, please read: This wash does NOT provide microfiber towels to actually dry or detail your car, unlike several other popular car washes that somehow manage to offer them for about half the price. I paid $24 for the "towel dry," which apparently means dry the front and back and let nature handle the rest. The sides of my car were still soaking wet, so come prepared to dry it yourself...or, enjoy using the tiny air hose provided to painstakingly blow individual water droplets off your car one at a time. Before entering the wash, an attendant also misted approximately half my car with some mystery liquid. What was it? What does it do? Why did only half the car deserve it? Only the attendant and her colleagues must know the answer to this question. Then came the premium wheel-alignment service, where they happily guided my wheel directly into the side of the conveyor rail. Nothing complements a $24 automatic car wash quite like wondering whether you should schedule an alignment afterward. And after all that, was the car at least clean? No. I went through the wash multiple times and it still couldn't remove fresh bird poop. At that point, I'm not sure what exactly is being accomplished in there besides getting the car wet. Expensive, inconvenient, mediocre wash quality, no towels, questionable drying, and a complimentary assault on your wheels. Save your money. My first time at fast5xpress and it met my expectations for a drive through car wash! My rating really came from how conveniently located it is to my work, and also how friendly the employee was that processed my payment. I opted for the base option for $12 It got the job done and I will say the drive through did a pretty decent job of removing the dirt from my car. They offer vacuums and air hoses for post car wash, and there are plenty of spots to pull into. The only downside to my visit was this is the longest I've ever waited to go through a car wash. There was 1 car ahead of me in line when I pulled up and it took nearly 10 minutes. On the plus side, I guess it's a good sign that they do a really good job of spacing out the cars through the tunnel (I've seen my share of cars collide in a drive through wash due to being too close) Solid drive through car wash, a little pricier than others that you can find (basic for $10) but very conveniently located to several corporate offices in Irvine! read more

This location needs to do a better job of maintaining their line order and adjusting if any issues occur. I was in the member line behind a car that was struggling with their membership (not sure why, since our plates are registered?). The staff member took a while to resolve the issue. While that is understandable, around 6-7 cars in the other lines went ahead and our line was extremely backed up. I don't know why they didn't/couldn't adjust the order to improve the congestion. read more

On Sat 9/5, I paid for the $24 Platinum car wash. It rained on Sun & Mon. I called on Tues to confirm getting my car washed again based on the prior rain policy. I was told no, they do not have such policy unless I paid for platinum which I did. The employee backtracked and stated it was for members who buy the monthly package. Duh! I know that the package has unlimited car washes. I was extremely disappointed especially since they've had 2 increases within a very short time and can treat customers rudely. I was a prior monthly member but, I cancelled after buying a new car and was considering renewing my membership. Well, that won't happen. Paying $24 and not getting a 'rain' redo within 24 hrs is very poor customer service. Luckily, there are other car washes in our city. read more

When the car wash guy is on SOMETHING at work... no wonder why our car never gets cleaned here. We are members and sometimes I have to go through twice to even get it cleaned... but this takes the cake... they don't take care of the equipment here, the employees don't care and we pay $40 bucks a month for this which is a joke. There were different categories of car washes that vary in price and included different offerings. They also have memberships that allow unlimited car washes at any of their 20 locations in the Southern California area. There were multiple lines that you can enter under different signs. One sign was labeled "credit cards only" and another was labeled "all customers". The latter line also had a human operator in case you wanted to talk to someone or get change. I usually choose the bronze car wash ($10) which just includes the car wash, spot free rinse, and free vacuums. After payment, drive to the front of the entrance where a worker guides you to align your car with the tracks. Then follow the signs to the left of the entrance and go through the wash. The wash was quick and was pretty effective in only a couple minutes. It'll never be at the same level of cleanliness as a hand wash but this is a convenient option that is relatively affordable. The free vacuums after the wash are nice to clean your car some more. read more

I've been to this car wash in Irvine twice and was really disappointed both times. The machine wash didn't even touch the front windshield and all the dirt and spots were still there when I came out, so I ended up having to manually clean everything myself. Honestly, it felt like the machines didn't do much at all. If anything, you're getting water sprayed at it. There are much better express washes around, like Russell Fischer in Huntington Beach, where the wash actually gets your car clean. I wouldn't recommend this location if you want a wash that actually works. read more

I have a monthly membership, but I'm considering canceling and going with another local car wash. The only job of the person in front is to guide the people's cars NOT to hit the rail. Second time older bald man just waves me in, I tell him thru the window left or right I don't want to hit rims, he just keeps waving me in and sure enough my rim hit. I paid for the "Platinum" wash, the most expensive thinking it'll clean my car better, all it did was wake the day old bird poop harder to scrum off with a cleaning wipe after coming through the wash because of the wax on it. The window wipes left streaks on my windows, my car isn't cleaner other than the dust from driving for two weeks since my last wash is gone, all the yellow dots from bugs, and bird poop is still there though, not worth the money. Also when I tried to purchase window wipes from the machine it ate my money and didn't give me the wipes so I had to walk over to the booth on the other side of the building to get some, then I came back to purchase towels and it ate my money for those as well, didn't bother walking over to get some towels, I'll let the $2 go and never come back to one of these again. This is a car wash that goes through the rotating brushes. They have two lanes: one for all customers and another lane for just credit cards. They have 4 tiers: Bronze ($10), Silver ($13), Gold ($16), Platinum ($20). I did Platnium, which gives you half off within 180 days for the next time you visit. They also give you a free car freshener with the package. After going through the car wash, they also have an area where you can vacuum your car. My car was still dirty and didn't clean well at all. I wouldn't come back if you wanted a nice clean car, but if you wanted to get rid of some dirt, then you can try it out but don't expect it to be clean. I honestly don't think the tiers matter either, 'cause Platnium pretty much did nothing to my car, but not sure if Bronze would be the same quality. It was disappointing, but I also didn't expect it to be spotless for a car wash. Multiple lanes, but gets very crowded at peak times. This was probably the most crowded we've ever seen for a car wash. The lines took forever and were getting so long that it was getting difficult for cars to get through to the other side of the plaza. They obviously can't do anything about it, but they should definitely have cones or some time of barrier to help organize the lines better. * Bronze Wash: 8/10 - good and effective It was also dark when we went yet the lights for vacuuming still didn't go on which made it difficult to vacuum. Honestly, I usually opt for a hand car wash but since we were just trying to get a little rinse after the unexpected rainy day yesterday we tried this spot down the street from us. When you arrive, there's three lanes to choose from: a members only lane, credit card/self serve lane, and a lane for all other customers. After perusing the options, we decided on the Silver Wash which was still a bargain at $13 compared to our typical hand wash spot. The cashier was friendly and efficient. It was a busy morning but he did a great job controlling the flow of traffic and making sure each lane was entering the wash at the right time. The wash itself takes less than 2 minutes I'd say. It's super easy figuring out entry and exit with the lights and signage. And when you finish, you can easily pull into one of the slanted spots to finish up with a vacuum. Hi Fast-wherever, Around 4 or 5 weeks ago I went to this cheap carwash in Torrance, THEIR MACHINES STOP , THE CARS HIT EACH OTHER IN THE TUNNEL WASH, my car get scratches on the back bumper everywhere, at that time the Manager in turn (lady) took pictures my license plate and they will make a report and told me they will call me. Until now I have not received phone call , I comeback to ask , the manager in turn today, MOISES X , told me that they are not responsible. He didn't bother to check the "report list" , took the license plate and find out what happened , only from his fat mouth said "we are not going to pay", for customer side terrible experience more than scratches to have Manager with no sense of empathy or not clarity to find solutions. read more

It did an "OK" job cleaning the exterior but it's not a wash I would come back to for the following reasons: 1. The tunnel is too short and quick--it's a quick gas station car wash masquerading as a real car wash. 2. The brushes were worn and not clean. 3. Not enough soap. 4. It ran the car through too quickly. 5. I waited a long time on the weekend because the members have their own separate line and go first into the same tunnel. Picture going out to a bar and waiting on line outside watching everyone with connections for 30 minutes just walk up and go in via a separate line and the bouncer every so often lets folks on your line in. The self-vacuum stations had adequate suction to clean the inside and there were enough stations that you did not have to wait. After you vacuum you can pull off into the parking lot and detail your car. There are better car washes for the price in the area. read more

This was probably the biggest rip-off of a carwash I've ever experienced. I read a lot of reviews that question the tier status, and now I see why, because we got the platinum (most expensive) wash and I cannot tell what it did other than rinse it. So, if you want some loose dirt rinsed off your car, then just pay for the cheapest one they offer, because I cannot imagine any other wash being worse than the most expensive one they offer. But if you really want your car to get clean, then you need to go elsewhere. I would have never dropped $20 just to get my car rinsed off. I will never go back. Price just jumped from $10 to 12 for the basic wash. Car comes out not fully dry so you have to bring a towel to dry it. For that $2 jump, we should expect some change. Suggestions the business could add considering a $2 price hike: - water/mist sprayer (other car washes have) - hand towels customers can clean rims with (other car washes have) - let the bronze wash use the "super dry" roller dryer at the end (right now only available to silver and gold washes. - mini sticky / dusters we can clean inside with - get rid of water buildup/sewage on one of the stalls so customers don't have to step in it when they exit vehicle. *the monthly special is still a great deal! I just don't need to wash it enough to get on the subscription. Until something is changed I'll just space out my washes more or go elsewhere. read more
