I've been a repeat customer here and bring both of our family vehicles regularly, using both full-service and express washes. That's why this experience was especially disappointing. A few days ago, my wife brought in our minivan for a full-service wash. When I later inspected the vehicle, I noticed excessive silicone had been applied to the tires -- to the point where it spun off and splattered all over the driver-side panels. The passenger side did not have this issue, which makes it clear the application was uneven and overdone. I returned to the location simply asking for a reasonable resolution -- not a refund, just a quick express wash to help remove the excess silicone that was clearly caused during their service. Unfortunately, the response I received was dismissive. The employee in the booth attributed the issue to "driving fast" and refused to offer any assistance. That explanation doesn't make sense given the uneven application, and more importantly, it reflects a lack of accountability. Mistakes happen -- I'm not upset about that. What's frustrating is the unwillingness to stand behind the work and make a simple situation right for a loyal customer. I'm sharing this so others are aware and so the business has an opportunity to improve how they handle customer concerns. I would have much preferred to continue coming here, but service recovery matters just as much as the service itself. read more

I had a membership for about 2.5 years and the small inconveniences were never enough to make me cancel. things like the inconsistencies about taping my back windshield wiper or the price changes when you have a membership and upgrade your wash (i paid 3 different rates and got three different services each time... even when the request stayed the same) however i moved so this was no longer a convenient stop for me. so i cancelled. i was told upon cancellation that i could "still get my car washed until the date on that receipt." so i happened to be in location and checked my receipt where it says the expiration date is 3/9/26. that's today. so i swung by. i pulled up and three people in the non membership lane proceeded forward while mine did not open. so i rolled my window down and i said "will the gate not open because today is my last day of my membership?" and the man says "actually your membership expired the day before the date on that paper. that date you see is the date you would have been auto-renewed." (the date that says expiration) i did not argue, but rather apologized for the misunderstanding (more so the miscommunication on his end) and he said "would you like to just do the 10 dollar wash today?" and i said "i guess that's fine." thinking he meant that he would just give me the cheap wash for the miscommunication. no. he asked me for 10 dollars and i said "oh im sorry, im not paying for a wash today, as i thought this was free and i dont really need one, but more just needed a vacuum." and he said "ok so...." and i said "so i guess i will just drive through with no wash?" and he said ok and opened the gate. i pulled into the wash to drive through and he ran up to my window and said "if you want to drive through you have to pay 10 dollars!" and i said "i dont want a wash! i just want to drive through so i can get out as discussed??" and he says "well then you should have gotten out over there before the wash!" i thought there was a curb at the entrance but then i realized he's gesturing to where there are a couple traffic cones. i supposed he wanted me to drive through the cones and into the space where the other associates were actively cleaning a car? anyway, he ended up backing up the whole line of cars behind me to have me reverse and drive out. absolutely a crazy experience. all i can do is laugh. i drove to the next car wash (the one that gets the back of my car as well). would it really have been so bad to give me a 10 dollar wash? is that crossing the line? especially when i'm not asking for anything free but rather using my subscription as i should have been able to do through 3/9/25... read more

If you're meticulous when it comes to your car's paint or how's it washed you do not want to bring it here as it is machine washed and you will get swirls in swirls. But if you could care less and just want your car washed cuz you're not gonna do it. This is your jam! I usually wash my own car but when I get a smog done across the way I get a free wash and I bring my beater so it can get cleaned up. Can't beat free! I visited this hand car wash today, and unfortunately, the window tint on the inside of my side windows got scratched and nicked in multiple places. It seems like the staff weren't careful enough when cleaning the interior. If you have window tinting on your car, please be cautious and inspect your windows right after the wash. I like this place for an express wash. They offer free towels and spray down your car before you go thru But they could do a better job managing the vacuum stations when it's busy. If you have a queue of 5 cars waiting to pull into a spot, maybe get in there and encourage people to leave (you know how the sign says 5 min??) But also, come on fellow customers , this is an express wash. if you've been detailing your car for 10 min, look up and see a LINE of 5 plus cars waiting, maybe you can move it along. read more

I came for a fast car wash, I requested the full service. My car was super dirty! 3 guys came to clean the inside and they told me, we will leave is as new. Wow! They did! They cleaned with a lot of detail, took all the mess of my car out and really when I got back in it felt like a new car. I paid $33 plus tip, and now I wish I had more cash with me. Convenient if you're having other car work done in the area -- that's how I ended up here. $16 for a wash. My car needed it. The drive through wash was fine; no issues. The one thing I would change? The suction strength on the vacuums. These vacuums are some of the weakest I've experienced. (They did not pick up the sand on my floor.) This place will destroy your windshield. Look at other people's reviews. I wish we would've looked at them before because now our windshield is completely messed up. I'll be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau since nobody wants to get back to us after we've called multiple times and even showed up to the location. We have pictures and videos of this happening to our windshield and I see other people on here have the same issue. All those small white spots are small tiny scratches. Brought my new Honda Passport for a quick wash. I take care of my car. Always have. The ONE time I decide to take it for a quick wash, two large scratches appear on my windshield after the wash. Now, granted, it's 91 degrees today ok? I let them know that two scratches appear. The employee proceeds to call their manager Jose and sends him photos. Jose then instructs the employee to tell us that it was not them, and that the scratches were somehow caused by us, possibly our windshield wipers. There were 0 scratches on our windshield, on our brand new car. And we know, we inspect our car before EVERY SINGLE WASH THAT WE TAKE IT TO. And windshield wipers? Are you kidding me? I haven't even used them!!! I am at a loss of words for the extremely poor customer service from the employee and the manager - to immediately accuse us of causing scratches on are car that did not exist before we went there. No apology came from them, only the audacity to blame us instead of taking responsibility for what they did. Never have I ever received such poor service. Rest assured, we will be taking action to ensure that this company repairs the damage they absolutely did. Oh, and if you read the other reviews (and I hope you do, because I wish I had), you'll see that our car is not the first they've damage. Quality car wash and a great value for the money when compared to the cost of even a single full service wash elsewhere. I appreciate that the guys spray the car down and hit a couple of hot spots before you go into the machine. They also make sure your mirrors are in and there nothing sticking out that might break off in the car wash. The vacuums have good suction and the air sprayers really blast away the dust and dirt from the hard to reach areas and deep in your carpets, seats and floor mats, not to mention the outside hard to dry spots. On the rare occasions I need a "full service" they do a very thorough job. The monthly "unlimited" plans are certainly a great value, but come with apparent "fine print." What I mean is you could go here and get your car washed all 30 days in a month, but only ONCE A DAY. So, if you haven't been in a week and your car needs to run through the washer twice...you can't because you only get ONE WASH PER DAY. So, even if you didn't go at all, for example, for a week, you can't go twice on the same day. If that's the rules, fine, it's still an excellent value, but you are NOT getting UNLIMITED washes. I'm giving them the 5 stars anyway, because it's a great place and it does annoy me that they advertise something that's not really correct, but overall still think they deserve the good rating. read more

Came here because we got a free car wash with our SMOG check. I guess I should have checked the reviews first - would have seen it's not worth the $10 saving for a free car wash. Although our car wasn't damaged, the staff were really rude and the experience was super awkward. On top of that, it's one of the worst drive-through car washes I've ever used and my car was still very dirty afterward. The staff members directing you into the car wash were super rude and made us really uncomfortable. They sprayed the front window down before we got aligned on the track so we couldn't see them direct us. Instead of walking to the side windows to motion us or yelling to tell us what to do, they repeatedly banged on the hood very aggressively. At the end of the car wash, the green light that tells you when it's safe to put your car in drive and drive off was broken. Instead, it just kept blinking red (which obviously means stop) so we were waiting but were watching the car behind us to make sure it wouldn't crash into us. The staff then come running through the car wash screaming and proceed to pound on our car to go. I wasn't going about to risk ruining the underside of my car by going when I was still hooked to the track so I don't get why there were so angry and aggressive when it's their equipment that's clearly broken and no one was there to motion us. There was also quite the line to get to the car wash, which took maybe 15 minutes to get through. Overall, for a $10 car wash this was not worth the effort or stress. Thank goodness my car wasn't damaged as so many other reviewers have experienced. I definitely won't be taking that risk again. read more

Very budget friendly. You'll be in and out in No time. The cheapest car wash here will run you seven dollars. They also provide a full cleaning service. The free vacuums need more suction power. The last couple of times I have gone to this location it takes me a while to get anything cleaned. While the wash itself is great if your car is really dirty, the drive thru will miss some spots. This car wash is also tricky when you enter into it. Theres a smog check and Jack in the box all in the area. For new customers or to avoid car accidents in the future some signage would be good. Reading the reviews for this carwash are rather distracting. You are seeing people who have never or rarely used automatic car washes and have not set their expectations correctly. Machine-based, automated washes do not produce perfect results. They remove most dirt from the car, further care is usually needed for bugs. Additionally some are pointing to scratches on various parts of their cars. Reviewing their images, one is impressed with the depth of the injuries. This does not happen with car washes. Ever. Especially on glass; it is really difficult to scratch glass. Most people don't know what is on their paint because most people don't wash their cars regularly. There are thousands of causes of scratches outside a carwash. What this location offers is a very cheap wash with a self-service vacuum. Their land use is appropriate, even when it's very busy I generally find an open slot if I wait less than one minute. The people who work there are not special but they are what one expects: they don't own the location and they are meeting basic expectations. If you ask them to place a piece of tape on the rear wiper blade, they do so kindly. If you ask them to pre-treat the rims of your car, they do so without any headache. As a customer of a carwash, you have to express some preferences, thereafter one's assessment is reasonable. read more

I took my new truck in and I chose the $18.00 Platinum Express Wash and tipped the guy $5.00 as usual and he scrubs the wheels. Today, the guy with the handlebar mustache and huge sunglasses started the track early. During the wash, only blue foam came out (no rainbow foam), wax light never came on, nor the RainX light. Yes, they finally fixed the chamois roller at the end on the right! I noticed the tires were splotchy with the tire shine spray with spots where there wasn't any on the tire. I went back after work and I spoke the guy with the mustache and he told me I'd have to get the Deluxe Wash and they would clean everything. I told him my situation, but he didn't understand. He said I had dry tires (4 mo old!), then said the tire shine on the express wash doesn't work and to tell them next time after my wash and I could go through again (why would I if it's not fully functional). As a freebie for getting your SMOG done next door - I think JECW provides excellent value. It's next door, run through a quick automated wash and use their fee free vacuums to clean up the rest. If you need a real detail or deep clean, that's not what this is for. Upkeep or a light refresh to your car covered in ash, that's what it's for. I was so happy to find a self wash location close to school! With so many drive they locations nearby it became hard to find somewhere I could wash my car myself. Tucked away behind the drive thru wash you would almost miss it, so don't get discouraged if you get a little confused. This car wash was clean, organized, and had all the options you'd need. The wax, which at some places can leave a gross white cast on your car left mine shiny. Don't have a towel to dry your car? Fret not, they have a hand dryer that is super fast. Their change machines will give you change (not just in quarters either!), and each purchase comes with a dryer token. I will say, I didn't end up using all of my dryer tokens, but that was mostly because I underestimated how long I'd take, and kept running out of time forcing me to buy more. read more
