Ruben, who cleaned my car, was so detail oriented and professional. I would absolutely recommend this business. It's pretty central if you're in Irvine; it's in a parking garage on the fifth floor - easy to find. There's a great coffee shop downstairs where you can wait and get parking validated. It was my first time washing it with Meticulous Wash, and tbh I was hesitated to go because of the price (it's more expensive than the one I used to go) and the parking fee. You can get validation by ordering a cup of coffee at the coffee shop if the wash/detail is less than 2hrs, which is not bad. First off, I've never given a detail company 5/5 stars, and I am extremely picky when it comes to my cars. I've watched so many detailing videos on Instagram, and visited a number of detailing companies since I started driving at 16, I'm now 34. I've been happy with their work, but never truly fully satisfied. Back in 2019, I found Meticulous Wash on Instagram, but they were servicing only customers who worked at The Broadway in Irvine. So I was bummed, but kept admiring their work on Instagram for a few years. Fast-forward to 2021, I moved to Minnesota for a year due to work, and I took my 2020 Mercedes C43 AMG named Nadia. Over there, we experienced the harshest weather: humid summers and winters experiencing -30ºF. Nadia was literally frozen and there was no paint protection. No detailer would even touch her because it was too cold. With the help of God, I'm back in SoCal and found an office at The Broadway! So I made an appointment with Meticulous Wash a week in advance, sent them photos of what they're going to be dealing with. The CSR contacted the detailers to make sure the work that I was requested can be accomplished, which was impressive customer service. Anyway, I dropped off my car around 8:00 AM, and Ruben went over everything that was bothering me about Nadia. Throughout the day, Johnny and Ruben kept me updated. Forward to 4:45 PM, I picked up my car, and I just stood there for a few minutes just admiring their work. Ruben showed me around the car, honestly, they went way above and beyond my expectations. I've never been so impressed, I mean Nadia looks better than the day I took her off the lot, a few days after the truck delivered her. And I paid the dealership to "detail" her. I'm in love with Nadia again, she looks so beautiful and shines so bright in the sun that I cannot stop staring! I literally cannot take my eyes off of her. There are no more scratches, or swirl marks, or any tree residue on the paint. the windows are finally clear, and rims finally free of brake dust. Look at the photos and read the descriptions, and you'll see what I'm talking about. The carbon fiber, the black diffuser, the pillars, are all so shiny and reflective that it looks like a mirror! Now I know why people say paint should look and feel like glass. I'm excited to take my 2016 black Mustang GT to them for a four stage polish and headlight cleaning. Heck maybe even leave it there so they can surface clean the engine bay. I know I won't be disappointed. P.S. I thought I was going to have to get rid of Nadia and buy a new car since she wasn't doing it for me anymore. But not anymore! Thank you all at Meticulous Wash, you have a client for life! read more

Best detail EVER!!! FIRST CLASS from the time I made the phone call to the detail being complete. I thought it was going to be super pricey but their basic wash is priced very fairly. When they update you on the extras is when it can get pricey but what ever they recommend is totally worth it. It's located in a parking garage but easy to find & great things surrounding it like breakfast cafe, restaurant for lunch/dinner & a health & wellness office building filled with yoga, Pilates, kickboxing, IV therapy, ect....beautiful building to sit downstairs & hang out people watching as you wait for your vehicle & beautiful landscaping outside to sit & meditate, work on your phone/laptop or make calls. Wi-Fi available & so much more.The outside scenery is so peaceful & relaxing.Since they are located in parking structure there is the cost of a parking ticket but that can easily be comp by enjoying a tea, coffee, breakfast or lunch at one of the establishments, which you'll want too...everything is delicious.As I said, my car was SPECTACULAR.I'll definitely use Miraculous Detail again when I AM in town.Thank you Rueben for taking such great care of my vehicle & also for your professionalism & kindness :) read more

Due to the high reviews and close proximity to my work I decided to use this car wash service. I got the mini detail with fluorine based wax. I sent an e-mail to schedule my appointment as I do not work in the Boardwalk building, provided my year make and model and was given a price of $165 for this service. When I dropped my car off, which I did a quick exterior wash on just a couple days prior to my appointment, I was told the service was $185. I told the person that I received an e-mail with $165 and he said that was just an estimate until they see the car. As my car was in great condition when dropping it off, and I provided the year make and model for the estimate, this increase was a little surprising but if the service was worth it I would be ok with the increase so I let it go. Also, when I dropped off my car they asked what time I expected to pick it up and I told them I get out of work at 4:00 so I would pick it up around 4:15. They said that was fine and they would let me know when it was ready. I get a call at 2:55 p.m. advising my car was ready and requesting I come get it, an hour earlier than I could as I had to finish my day at work prior to going to get it. After some discussion they advised I could pick it up at 4:00. While they did assist with resolving the situation I was a little irritated that I communicated what worked for me, was told it was ok, then was requested to do something I did not plan for. Had I known 4:00 wasn't ok I would have adjusted my day and requested it be done much earlier. As for the end result of the service, they did a good job on the exterior of the car. The wax was done well and my car looks nice. The interior wasn't all that great, several things I found that were missed that shouldn't be when paying almost $200 for a service, but overall nothing too terrible. At the end of the day it was a little overpriced, a little underwhelming on the results, and the biggest letdown was the customer service. Next time I need my car waxed I'll look elsewhere. read more

I decided to get a complete detail since I bought this car used and it needed a wash and it was definitely worth. I was kept up with the detail and informed of any thing that requires an extra charge and asked if I wanted it rather than take advantage and charge me extra. The detail itself was extremely good.
