I didn't know how to start it but the worker there showed me and started it. The next day at home I couldn't get it to start. So I went back and they gave me more pointers and started it and had me try. They do chain sharping. They have looked over it when I was afraid to use it because it got stuck and I was nervous to tighten the chain myself and was worried I bent the part the chain is on. They also give a military discount! They have great value on many products. I always check ace first when I need a new thing now. The staff is always awesome at answering my questions and I never felt judged for being new at some of this stuff. Thanks to them "and YouTube videos" I felt comfortable to not only cut down my first try but I did over 50 last winter. This winter I plan to do even more! Chain sharping is like $9-$10. I mean I really cannot say enough. I hope Ace continues to be successful and Id love to promote them anyway possible.

The alternative would be to rent trailers and take them the store. It was awesome having the service done right here where we live. For sure next year we'll call and setup another service call. Below was an email I received from Menards.com telling me the store should've handled this. I did finally get my refund, but it was minus $162. I will never shop at Menards again. Lowe's and Home Depot have way better customer service and actually give you ALL of your money back on a return.
