(This was at A2Z emissions testing on Montano - 3 years ago and with my old Cruze) This time I went to Fastest Emissions and the guy was very nice, talkative, and knowledgeable. Will not return to this company. Not sure if it's the owner that manages the bay or a worker, but his customer service needs to be polished. It's not ok to accuse someone of being dishonest and frustrated when machine is working. Trouble shoot, ask more clarifying questions and try again. Don't assume the customer is deceptive - especially when they are a young adult. read more

Back in 2017 I had a bad experience at this place. Today I stopped by and I can say now they have very good service. Great price as well and it is open Monday to Friday until 6 pm. So don't go by the time shown here (yelp). They are also open Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm. read more

Today is the second time I have had a vehicle tested here, it is clean, very little wait time and very fast service. The personal, are clean, very capable, friendly and easy to work with. There was a car waiting a head of me and I was still out and back on the street in less than 15 minutes. It's worth a drive across town for great service. read more

I drove across town to get here and they are not open and there's no note on the door saying when they'll be back. This place has started to look pretty ghetto needing a van out front to say same thing the building says plus a sign hanging crooked on front door line customers can't read all the other signage hanging posted everywhere and now they are open 7 days a week I remember this place being a quick in and out emissions shop now it takes at least 10 to 15 minutes why did they ever get rid of the fast guy that went by his signage fastest emission not 15 minutes or less it gets one star to post would rather give negative 3 stars read more

Greg if you don't know if you are talking about the same person you should say nothing. First of all my vehicle is not a car. And if you have cameras check it.. It will show you at what time I was there. When I was there I was behind another vehicle. When that vehicle was done I pulled inside (in my vehicle)and your employee told me to back up my vehicle because he was closed. The rest you know it from my first review. ABOSLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! Fas Tes t on 455 coors SUCKS!!!! My visit to FASTEST on 455 coors blvd. albuquerque NM was absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!! I was treated extremely un-professional and with the utmost disrespect. The attendant/possible un-professional owner, Betty Burdex, had an attitude the second I spoke to her. I am not sure if it was a racial/personal problem with me but as soon as I entered this facility I felt tension. I brought my vehicle to this establishment three times. The first time "Betty Burdex" did not greet me AT ALL, she just TOLD me to get out of my vehicle and stand outside. She ran the test and told me to take my vehicle back because it was worthless! all she did, was hand me the test results and said "you need a mechanic." She told me that "if I were able to get my vehicle fixed" I could bring it back and she would re-test it for ten bucks The second visit was worse. When I pulled in, again I was not greeted, as the attendant "Betty Burdex" was socializing with two people who obviously didn't work there. She guided me and said nothing. I had to ask what she needed me to do next. She ORDERED me to exit my vehicle, I asked if credit cards were accepted. My response was "Of course we do visa, mastercard, discover What do you think?" After I was asked how much I paid to fix the problem, because the computer needed to know, "Betty Burdex" began her test. After the test was done, "Betty Burdex" asked abruptly "How are you going to pay?" I handed her my CREDIT CARD and she swiped it away from me. After she charged me she shoved the result papers towards me and said "You failed!" I asked why, "Betty Burdex" replied "Get in, and I will show you." She then proceeded to try to convince me that my check engine light was out and would not turn on when the vehicle ignition was engaged. When she "tried" to prove this un-truth, I quickly explained that when I replaced the gauge cluster the light would not clip in place correctly, but the light was obviously on. When "Betty Burdex" turned my ignition off and on several times and realized the light was on, she then "tried to convince me" that the computer somehow recognized deficient light reflection in the instrument cluster and thus failed my test.The third visit, the same day, was absolutely horrible. I pulled in to the shop and noticed ANOTHER non-worker sitting near the machine. This individual looked like a vagrant, and I did not know weather to offer him a sandwich or ask him if he had any crack!!! "Betty Burdex" flagged me in. I asked her if I would still be able to pay the ten dollar re-test fee. "Betty Burdex" told me "yeah, or you could go to the city on Broadway. Before I exited my vehicle, as "Betty Burdex" was eagerly awaiting to plug in her PSYCHIC MACHINE, I asked her "Is there anything else I should know or take care of before we start this test?" She said "we will see" I told her I didn't want her to start if there was "anything else her machine may pick up" "betty burdex"said in a short angry voice "Probably not!" I then asked her if the check engine light was bright enough in my guage cluster. She told me I needed to get out of the vehicle for her to see it, even though she sat me in my vehicle the second visit to show me that the dim light,"wasn't on." I asked her again if she could look at it to make sure, she replied, as she was holding her magic computer plugin while looking at the instrument panel through my window "you need to step out of you vehicle first sir!" Frustrated I mumbled under my breath "good lord" she then grabbed her test cords and slammed them on her desk and said "You know what, SIR? You can just go to the city for all I care!!" I asked if she was seriou, she said nothing. I left accordingly. THE FASTTEST ON 455 COORS BLVD IS THE WORST "SUPPOSED" PROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT I HAVE EVER VISITED I WROTE SUCH A DETAILED REVIEW IN HOPES THAT I CAN PREVENT A POOR EXPERIENCE FOR ANYONE OUT THERE WHO READS THIS!!!!
