Great place I found while living in the south valley. I like the fact you stay in you're vehicle and the nice and friendly techs communicate with you from when you pull in until you pull out. Unlike dealerships where you check in and don't hear anything for hours. And they show you the filters so you can decide if you want to replace. Went to Quality lube as usual but this time they would not grease the fittings on my truck because they said it would take too long! Not the Quality I was looking for. $285 oil change. Apparently there's a time limit and they just stop working on your vehicle. read more

These guys are thorough from every aspect and they pay attention to every detail. So much so they went above and beyond and replaced a loose hose clamp that would have generally be over looked. This was my very first visit to Quality Lube. A locally owned business, by professional men EARNING an honest living. Client Services are well above expectation. The crew is professional and EXPERIENCED in their field of expertise. I asked Garrett, He's the tall hot white dude, about the use of synthetic products on my vehicle and he knew ALL of the current "specs" my vehicle required and even mentioned a few more I was not aware of. I know this sounds like a "routine" oil change but the entire crew were upbeat, cheerful, FAST, efficient and COURTEOUS!!! From this point forward, I'm not taking any of my vehicles anywhere else but to Garret and his crew, and I highly recommend that anyone reading this review do the same. Try them ONCE and you'll certainly see what I'm talking about. Now these boys are busy, so be prepared for a short wait. The services they provide will make the most out of your vehicle(s). They even replaced my windshield wipers and for all I had done to my vehicle, the oil, detergent, air filter replacements (internal and external) tire pressure maintenance and fluid top offs were well worth it. I found out about these guys because my company uses them to service their vehicles, now I take both my wife's and my vehicles here. They are honest, fast, and do an excellent job! If they notice anything out of sort with your vehicle they will let you know. After going to them I'll never go elsewhere. read more

I try to go to these guys at least once a year when I am in the area and while they are out of the way, it is worth it. They are as good as it get's for good ole fashion real customer service. The same guys have been there for the ? 10 years I have been going there. They have my vehicle in a data base and let me know what is due as well as actually observe and suggests things that may need attention. I have a CRD Liberty and they are always stocked with my un-usual filter and are knowledgeable about Jeep's and diesel's. The owner is actually there often and they are a well oiled machine and organized military style crew. It is always done as I wait in 30 minutes or less which none of my other oil changes are ever done that fast regardless of making appointments in advance. read more

I live in Santa Fe, but was in Albuquerque to get my phone repaired and had time to kill. I needed an oil change anyway. These guys were a little out of the way but I always try to go to local owned businesses. Everyone was friendly and service was fast and no issues with me bringing own oil and filter.
