With the exception a few care staff and kitchen staff who were compassionate as is staff member one being named Z and the other Ameriline the rest of the team appears untrained and disengaged. While they may smile, the nursing staff behavior is often aggressive, and they routinely ignore alarms and resident concerns. The cleanliness of the rooms is unacceptable--dirty laundry is left on the shower seat . Residents are denied autonomy, including the simple choice to remain in pajamas if they wish; instead, they are forced to dress regardless of their comfort or preference. Most troubling is the lack of personal connection. Staff make no effort to understand who the residents are as individuals, which strips away their dignity and humanity. I witnessed deeply concerning conditions during mealtime, but the list is too long to detail here. They did finally listened and now my mom is comfortable in her pajamas. The most distressing moment was finding my mother undressed, lying sideways in her bed, with two soiled diapers discarded on the floor--and then being confronted by the caregiver when I raised concern. This experience was heartbreaking and unacceptable. I strongly advise against entrusting this facility with the care of a loved one.

On Saturday I started to fell sick. Gavin was home Thursday and Friday from school because he was…read moresick, so it was evident that I caught what he had. I flew out of SFO on Sunday and started to feel worse and worse. My hearing started to be muffled, but I thought it is because of the flight. After some encouragement from my colleague, I scheduled my visit to get it addressed. I selected 3:15, arrived at 3 and did not get in until 3:45. I did not see the doctor until 4. I got out at 4:50. Even though I was not thrilled about the wait time, but I am impressed with the level of care and service here. I felt that they listened to what my symptoms were and they helped make me feel better. Turns out I have the flu, my nose was red, my ears was red, and my throat was red. The wheezing reduced once I completed the 10 minute breathing treatment given to me. I've been taking DayQuil, NyQuil, and cough drops in order to help suppress my coughs and help me sleep. I hope to never return, but if I am sick the next time I am here, I would not hesitate to come back to be seen. I do have the prescription for antibiotics if I don't feel better by tomorrow. I did pickup the inhaler and the nasal spray to help with the congestion. Thank you for treating me.

Apparently she had not even submmited the request yet to get them from off site (and this was a month of almost daily calls later) and it would be another week. She then had the nerve to bring up charges were necessary. Shouldn't that come up when I FIRST made the request? 5 star doctor, 0 Star Office. Would not go back unless he replaces them. It's also impossible to get a hold of the actual Doctor by phone as his receptionists just claims its not their problem, the Office Manager - whom does not have normal working hours or a phone number - will contact you, which she never does.

In regards to the medical record complaint, we have a lot of medical record requests and we have to address them in the order they come. Sorry that you feel yours wasn't addressed in a timely manner, but I assure you we have great patient care and never meant to make you feel otherwise. If medical records are requested around the time of transfer and not years later it is also takes much less time to send. After a certain amount of years records have to go to storage. We have to make sure all records are sent accordingly as well as maintain the office appropriately. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Overall the atmosphere of the whole clinic/center is relaxed and laid back. There's a television in the waiting room and everything feels clean and up to date. I did not receive any physician care here but I did take advantage of the walk-in lab to get blood drawn. And when I say "drawn blood" I mean TWELVE vials (my new doc is apparently extremely thorough). The woman working at the lab was awesome. She was a little snarky but in a completely accessible warm, joking way. She was meticulous with checking and double-checking all the labs that were ordered. I warned her about my veins being crap (at most places, they stab into my arm and then "dig around" continually moving the needle under my skin and stabbing every which way until they finally get a vein - I don't mind needles or pain but it's sickening). This lady, on the other hand, felt both my veins and was careful to choose a small needle. She stuck me once, precisely, right into my vein, and got a good draw. THANK YOU, LORD. Next time I need vampirical services, I won't hesitate to return.

When I was finally called in the appropriate room, my information was verified and I was given the urine collection cup. I was then instructed to go inside the bathroom and urinate inside the cup. I was NOT thrilled to see that the bathroom was inside this super small room. Immediately, I felt uncomfortable. So let me make the clear as a female. I'm in a room with no windows with a male employee. The male employee has instructed me to go inside the attached restroom and basically expose myself in order to place a specimen inside a cup. NOT A GREAT SCENARIO! So of course, I tried to just get it done and over with while staying safe. So once in the bathroom, I locked the door. Once I finished filling the cup, the male employee asked if I was okay. As I was unlocking the door, I said yes. Also while I was unlocking the door, he was trying to open the door. Why? No idea! He then proceeded to tell me I'm not supposed to lock the door for safety purposes. EXCUSE ME! LOCKING THE DOOR MADE ME FEEL SAFE SIR! I mean besides the fact that he was clearly unfamiliar with how to operate the computer and had to a female employee to come help him, I'm still annoyed with the fact that nobody saw the problem with this set up. And he didn't use gloves or wash his hands during the entire process! There needs to be an immediate change in the way their doing this process. Have a female handle female clients, use another bathroom for collection, SOMETHING other than continuing what they're doing. And wash your hands!

She did end up having strep, had I not requested the test she would have been left untreated. in their defense the only symptom she had was a cough no sore throat or anything and the Dr said he doubted she had it as he didn't see anything that would make him believe she had it. My daughters little friend had it and her only symptom was the cough and that's why I insisted they give her the test, they had shared drinks and everything so I was pretty sure she had it before we went. Great place tho! very friendly and seemed knowledgeable but a little quick to write it off as something else so I'm struggling between 3 and 5 stars

We took my son here one evening after the pediatrician office was closed. We suspected an ear infection based on past experiences. The doctor was very understanding and examined him promptly and successfully. He did have a bad ear infection and we got antibiotics right away at the pharmacy. Would definitely go here again.
