When it comes to customer service, Shah is phenomenal. He asked if I knew exactly what tint I wanted and then showed me how it would have looked in my car. He allowed me to sit in the shop and talk with him during the tinting process. His genuine and honest approach to his business is something that any sales person could learn from. I didn't like the look so I asked what he would recommend and he told me 20% in the back and rear windows, 30% for the front two. It looks phenomenal. Plain and simple. Gorgeous. Shah also treated my car as good as he would treat his own. I didn't even notice tiny things that he threw away film after film after film for. I asked him what was wrong with them, and he showed me a tiny pinch that the machine made. I wouldn't have even noticed! He looked as if he wouldn't be able to sleep at night if he didn't treat my car right. The level of treatment and care Shah had easily makes him deserve a 6-star review. The easy conversations that I had with him made it feel like my own big brother was tinting my windows. This is an update, I had not noticed the day of the job, but when i got home and inspected, they had cut my brand new car's upholstery in several places in the back seat window area. And after only 3 years the back window started bubbling and by the 6th year, I couldn't see out of it any more, so i went to my favorite tint shop in San Leandro, to have the back window redone. He said he could tell that my driver and other side windows are starting to come off, that these guys cut, rather than tuck in the tint, and so looks like i will be redoing all the other windows soon. To be honest I cannot comment on the work they do. I set up an appointment on 2/24 at 11am. I showed up at 10:50am just to make sure the work was on schedule and because I did not want to hold anyone up on their scheduled appointment. It's called being considerate. When I arrived I waited..waited...waited. I called both their listed numbers and left them a message on each asking them what is going on...no response. I went back to the Yelp messaging on queried on why wasn't anyone at the shop as I had an appointment...no response. It's been about 10 days..no response back yet. Not exactly what I perceive as a way to run a business... On the bright side there were plenty of seemingly well fed cats in the parking lot and I was entertaining myself by letting them chase my message pointer pen..cats are funny. On an even brighter side l found another tint shop off of Albrae Street that did excellent tint work that were able to get me in for window tinting without an appointment..even at a better price than the no-show Guys...I think I'll bring all my cars there for future work... read more

Great price for my SUV and very hospitable. They let me hang out in the shop during the tint job, which was fascinating to watch. I'm not a fan of the film, I can't remember what type is was, but looking out into the sun is like looking out of sunglasses that aren't polarized - it's kind of hazy. I think the tint I had on my previous car was probably a higher quality film. They also warrant the job with lifetime guarantee. read more

Don,t waste your time! He actually did do a good job the first time I had the windows done. But when I tried to schedule another appointment for more work, I got stood up...not once, but TWICE! I got my tints done on Challenger just a couple of weeks ago. I have absolutely no complaints on the work and they did an amazing job. Before leaving they give an instructions paper which is helpful on how to clean/maintain Windows so the tinting work isn't affected. I would def recommend this place to others! read more

This place was terrible. They took 5 hours to do a standard tint job after hours, made me pick it up at midnight. When I pick it up, the let the battery die on my car so it needed to be jumped. On top of that, they did the worst job I have ever seen. Bubbles everywhere, no attention to detail. The price was even high. I got a refund. Take your car somewhere else. read more

I've been sitting on this review for quite a while. Last year I got my Ford Fusion Hybrid's windows tinted here. My ratios were 20% tiny in the rear windows and 35% on the driver and passenger windows. The pricing was reasonable and a year later I am happy to say that the tint still looks brand new. When I went in for the appointment the shop did not have the 35 tint at the time due to worker miscommunication. When you talk to the worker about your tint make sure to ask him if it's in stock. We are only human. But I love the work he did and can't say enough how great it looks. Would do business again. read more
