Great experience overall. The employee (Natasha?) helped me select my window shades, while showing me her car and other parked vehicles to reference from. She was also thorough with the aftercare, leaving me at ease with clear instructions. The only thing I would comment on is upon picking up my car, it was a mess. There were some scratches along the inside side door that wasn't there before, tint remnants on all floor mats (front and back), and liquid residue on my leather console and sides. This is my second car that I've got tinted at Mr. Tint. Their customer service is excellent, their sales rep is very knowledgeable, and the quality of work is excellent! For my model y 2026 I applied Expel xr prime plus at 20% for the front two and 35 percent for the back half. That brings the back half down to 8 to 10% since it already had a factory tint. I also got the 70% windshield clear tint. I used to have 15% on my other car which was fine, but I wanted it darker for my kids in the back. Great job! No bubbles, no dust! We took my wife's BMW in for tint. Mr Tint was super responsive even though we took our time to shop other installers, when we came back to Mr Tint they were able to get us in the same week. The process took about 4hrs, they called as soon as the car was ready for pickup. When we arrived they walked us through next steps (no rolling the windows down for a period of time). They placed bright warning stickers over the interior window switches as a reminder which came in handy when we forgot. Thank you to Mr. Tint's team. I did a front 30% and back 15% IRX Ceramic with Llumar for my RDX. They did a fantastic job and explain everything in detail to me what they will be doing. Special thanks to Evelyn for being super patient with me for a couple of days and explaining the whole tint chart as they don't carry CTX. So I had to go with IRX which they told me will be the same price as if they took a CTX, so it made more sense to just go max with IRX. I've had Llmar before on my previous car and it's an amazing Tint to have especially in the summertime. I did have previous tints that were tinted by the previous owner when I got this car, so I appreciate the team for taking the time to remove the back so it does not damage the defog lines.
