There were some scratches along the inside side door that wasn't there before, tint remnants on all floor mats (front and back), and liquid residue on my leather console and sides. Very honest folks, this is the 2nd time coming here I wanted to ppf my front lip add on and edges of the door , before I got into my uber they stop me and told I already have factory ppf on there if I wanted to remove it and added there's I told them shoot I didn't know and ended up not doing the door edges they easily could of just removed it and charged me there's, I ended up tinting my front windshield with them instead Everything was AAA+ quality and great customer service . read more

We took my wife's BMW in for tint. Mr Tint was super responsive even though we took our time to shop other installers, when we came back to Mr Tint they were able to get us in the same week. The process took about 4hrs, they called as soon as the car was ready for pickup. When we arrived they walked us through next steps (no rolling the windows down for a period of time). They placed bright warning stickers over the interior window switches as a reminder which came in handy when we forgot. I took my wife's Lexus rx in because the heat coming in was really bad that I had to use a sun shade in the passenger seat to block the heat. I took the SUV to Mr. MR Tint and realized that these guys are the real deal. With a dozen bays you realize that they are busy for a reason. Natasha at the front desk walked us thru the process and was very patient and knowledgeable. We went the best heat rated tint to block the most amount of heat without having to go dark. We tinted the front windows and windshield and now we don't notice the heat at all. Now coming back from Napa doesn't burn me up and I can put the sun shade in the back seat and enjoy the ride. The price was reasonable with what I paid years before at place that is out of business now. This place is so busy that they aren't going anywhere. Thank you to Mr. Tint's team. I did a front 30% and back 15% IRX Ceramic with Llumar for my RDX. They did a fantastic job and explain everything in detail to me what they will be doing. Special thanks to Evelyn for being super patient with me for a couple of days and explaining the whole tint chart as they don't carry CTX. So I had to go with IRX which they told me will be the same price as if they took a CTX, so it made more sense to just go max with IRX. I've had Llmar before on my previous car and it's an amazing Tint to have especially in the summertime. I did have previous tints that were tinted by the previous owner when I got this car, so I appreciate the team for taking the time to remove the back so it does not damage the defog lines. But..car was left a mess, 2nd time was worse...slip solution all over and smudges all over windshield (cannot touch for 2 week).. slip solution on seats, dash, steering wheel, windows that were not worked on, mud on door seals. Another fantastic job performed by Terry's crew at the Mr. Tint location on Kiely Blvd. I went with the same tint that I had installed by Mr. Tint 3 years ago (Solargard Vortex) back at their old location off of Stevens Creek. At first I was anticipating going back there again thinking I could also mess around at Guitar Center next door but realized they had moved to a larger facility. No worries because they didn't move too far from their previous location. The wait was a little long as there were 3 people that arrived before I did for my 8:30 am appointment. Since it's the weekend I didn't mind the wait. I was able to collaborate and share my experience with the other folks in line who were doubtful about the entire process. Having worked with Evelyn and Mr. Tint back a few years ago back at their old place, I let these folks know that they would be receiving quality workmanship and their decision to have a tint job was worth the investment. Most of their questions had to do with tint percentages but I said 35% is probably the mid and anything lower would gradually get dark. My wife's car was done at 3pm same time as what Terry told me. The tint job came out exactly as I anticipated. I'm so happy with the results and most importantly my wife will be for sure.
