Then they would not stay very long and did not get work done as scheduled. Yet, he frequently tried to get us to make another payment. The last time, when we refused, he texted us "Do you want things to get done on time? And quality work?" The next day he didn't come at all, nor did he respond to any phone calls or texts. We were left to schedule other people to finish the work, including redoing some of the drywall that Robert did in a very poor fashion. This cost us more money.

We bought our house, and the first thing we had to change was the tile and shower area in our master bath. We wanted to go with a Grays/whites/metallic colors. We chose Glazed Porcelain Floor and Wall Tile (12 x 24 White/Gray) for the floor and walls. We chose the Stone Grey Limestone Dome Wall Accent Tile as the border around the tile. We chose the Brick Boulevard Stone Stainless Mosaic Wall Tile for back-splash on shower built-in shelf. We chose the River Rock Medley Travertine Mosaic Floor/Wall Tile for the shower floor. I hired them to remodel my master bath, and I am so happy the way it turned out! We didn't change the vanity that came with the house, but with time we will change that to a Double Sink Vanity. I will hire Altus Tile in the near future to remodel my other bathroom. I will also hire them again in the near future to make some upgrades in the kitchen, and living room area. They did such an amazing job that even the company that installed my frame-less glass shower doors was impressed with the tile work they did! He said he can't believe the crappy tile work that he sees so often when installing the frameless glass shower doors, so it's refreshing to see great quality work.

I was told by my plumber that these guys were good, and in an emergency situation I used them. They put a fan in for 3 days came back and said they would call the next day. Took 3 weeks to hear back from them after calling and emailing. They had no problem getting ahold of our insurance and estimating a giant amount of money to fix the bathroom. Which was approved. I asked them for a time frame of fixing and they said they couldn't give me one until they were paid. They told me materials, especially tile could take awhile to get here, but I couldn't order until they got paid. Our insurance guy sent the check directly to us. And as soon as that was known by them they called daily to find out if it came and if we could sign the check and give them the full amount. They wouldn't even put me on the schedule still or give me a time frame. They wanted the whole check up front. Shady! I finally got the check and I put it in my account. I got another professional bid by a man that I know personally and know his work and it is high end. He bid 1/3 of the cost to do my bathroom. AND he told me a date he will be here. I have had calls every day in a row to collect payment, it's been 5 days and 2 have been the weekend and the check had to clear my account. Today they called and threatened to send me to collections tomorrow. It's been DAYS, not weeks or months. For 4 hours of tearing out a bit of tile and drywall and placing fans and leaving them it was over $3k. Rip off! DO NOT USE!

It took them months to come fix the biggest one and, when they came back, they wrecked a wall with the pry bar they pulled baseboards off with and scratched paint on the wall and baseboard. One of the biggest parts of this project was staining the new handrails and banisters to match our existing flooring. Nelson showed my wife and me a wide range of stain samples, each carefully selected to closely match the tones of our floors. He was patient and helpful throughout the selection process, and the final result was a perfect match to the sample we chose. The stain not only looks beautiful on its own, but it really ties the whole area together and makes everything feel cohesive and intentional. In addition to the staining, Nelson painted all the trim around the stairs and banisters. This fresh coat of paint gave the space a clean, crisp look and really helped the new woodwork stand out. His attention to detail was apparent in every aspect of the project, edges were sharp, lines were clean, and there was absolutely no sloppiness. He also went above and beyond when it came to prepping the area. They came to cut down a VERY large Evergreen pine tree--72 years old and about 100 ft tall. They worked with the power company because our electrical connection to the power lines prohibited chopping it down easily. When the power company missed appointments set to address the issue, it threw a monkey wrench into their ability to take care of us as they wanted. But they weren't thwarted. Though it took a more circuitous route, they effectively took huge branches off, then felled the main trunk. Finally, they cleaned up all the leavings. They were excellent at what they did. They exhibited creativity in crafting solutions for such a daunting problem in a small space. They were very respectful in all their communication. We would highly recommend this team.
