Once in, you check in via kiosk and wait for them to call your name. The wait wasnt bad as it was busy. The staff was very professional. When it was my time to get the blood drawn; I had the most gentle and efficient tech. I never felt the stick and she was quick. After jumping through hoops with email (after more than 10 days) and numerous attempts to reach someone by telephone who can address my concerns, I reached a live person who said she could not pull up any of my info but insisted I would have the results after 3 weeks and if I did not, she had no idea of who I should speak with or who I should contact. I would use another lab entirely- not just another location.
