I wish I had the option to give this place 4.5 stars. We had an early flight and arrived at FastPark at 3am. I was worried as it was my first time using the service that I'd arrive to an empty lot with no attendant. When we arrived there were plenty of people around and the front attendant gave us our parking spot. As soon as a pulled into the spot the shuttle arrived behind us to help us load up which was amazing service. Now, here's where the half star is lost. Almost every spot in our row was completely covered in ice and barely shoveled out. We had six bags, a stroller, and two car seats we had to unload which became very difficult to navigate while making sure we didn't slip on ice. I really wish the lot had done a better job at cleaning the spots. In fact, when we parked I had to climb onto a small bank of snow and didn't know if I'd be able to get out when I returned in a week. The shuttle dropped us off at the airport and gave us detailed instructions on where to return when we got back. When we arrived back there was a shuttle waiting outside so we had no wait. Again, excellent customer service! I asked the driver if he could stick around and make sure we could get out of the spot which he agreed to. After a little slipping and sliding our car made it out and he helped us load up again. I will forever use this service as the cost was very affordable and service was flawless. read more

Highly recommend FastPark when traveling out of Baltimore Airport(BWI). What impressed me most upon arrival and departure was the promptness and service. As soon as I parked, the shuttle was right there at my car, and a staff member immediately came out to help me with my bags. I wish I caught the name of the young woman who drove me but it was shuttle 55 & the name placard started with "Tai'" She was so kind and accommodating. Thank you Fast Park! Pleased after my 1st use of this long-time BWI-adjacent parking facility. It's professionally run & staffed. You get the lowest rate automatically (no coupons or shenanigans). The reservation provides a smartphone-based QR code to substitute for an entry ticket. The location is on the lighter-traffic side of the airport with easy access from both 295 & 195. All in all, it addresses all the usual pain-points. I'm satisfied. My old spot went out of business recently, and I had noticed the Fast Park shuttles were always the most frequent & most numerous at the pickup zone... so they were my natural choice for a new location. The rates are normal/low for the local market, no complaints there. Other thoughts: There's an affiliated FastPark2 (different shuttles & rate structure) that's slightly closer to the airport. Also this (original) location has a few lights between it and the terminal, so allow for that extra 3-5 minutes if you're the type to cut it close. read more

Before writing this, I took a peek at the more recent reviews and was surprised to hear a few people saying the service is really slow. I didn't even count the bad review complaining about not getting financially compensated for her vehicle damage which clearly wasn't done by the shuttle buses. It had to be done by whoever parked next to them. Full coverage auto insurance covers things like this. Anyway, I started using this location of Fast Park & Relax at least a year ago. Definitely sign up for an account if you travel often because you earn points for each parking stay and end up earning free days. I travel an average of 5-7 times a year and already used a full free week of points. That was awesome! Service has almost always been fast. Only one time when we parked, it took a while for the shuttle to get to our car for pickup, but that wasn't even truly his fault. There were lots of other (slow) people elsewhere being picked up first and then some driver blocking the isle. Pick-up at the terminal to go back to the parking lot has always been pretty fast too. Seriously, no complaints so far, and I plan to continue using this facility. It saves a good amount of money compared to parking in BWI's daily parking garage and you typically get to the terminal just as fast! read more

Go here over the airport parking! This is soooo much easier and more pleasant than Economy parking. I have been using both this and the Fast Park 2 facility for a few years now. You sign up for an account online, then you get a QR code that you scan at the front of the facility. There are very attentive and friendly attendants at the front of the facility who are always so nice, and tell you EXACTLY where to park based on capacity. Then, a shuttle follows your car to your SPECIFIC parking site, and even offer to take your luggage on to the shuttle! There are a few areas with covered parking, but the majority of the times that I have parked there have been uncovered, just FYI. Checking out is as easy as checking in. When you get to the gate, you scan the QR code, then you put in your CC and you are done! They used to have water bottles there during non-COVID times, but I didn't see it the last couple of times that I went. read more

I wish there was a score lower than one for our past experience. We had the bus pick us up for a return back to the lot on 4/12/24. It was operated by Khaty, who was absolutely horrible. Us and several others were getting on and she only assisted with placing the small carry on luggage onto the bottom of the storage rack. Then she instructed everyone else to lift there own heavy luggage and place them onto the very top rack. There were seniors who struggled to try and lift them up. While the entire time she just stood aside and watched. Then the drive back to the lot was reckless in many ways. She sped around corners and slammed on the breaks as if to try to throw people from their seats. I've used their lot many times and never had such a horrible experience. And to add insult to injury the company increased their rates. Never Again!!! read more

There is a really really kind driver at this facility! I actually got to the airport, realized I left me phone in my car. I went to cab service, which was no help. ( talking on phone and paid no attention.) I ran to pick up place and here he was! After explaining what happened, he drove off straight to the parking lot, remembered where my car was, quickly drove me back to the airport like a ninja!!!!!!! We left our car there on 8 Sept 2022 the service at that time was superb. The driver carried our luggage on & off of the bus which is why he definitely deserve his cudos, pay & tip. The booth attendant was very friendly & professional. TODAY 11 Sept 2022 was a completely different experience. The driver was mediocre at best. He got us to the car in a timely manner. The booth attendant (African-American women w/ thin arms & long nails) wasn't personable. She had a slight attitude & how were we supposed to magically know the rewards program qrcode was to be scanned upon entry. My man handled her attitude w/ class because he's always a gentleman. But she needs to be retrained ASAP. read more

We love this parking lot and use it frequently (every time we leave the car at the airport). It's great for short or long trips as it's less costly than parking at the airport itself and they have a shuttle that frequents the lot and the airport sufficiently. You also get a newspaper upon entering, the attendant will direct you to the nearest open spot and then will send the bus right to you. The bus attendant always helps you on and off. And stops right in front of the car when they pick up and drop off. To pay you can just pay by credit at the exit (fully automated) and you can grab a bottle of water to go. They also have a frequent flyers card that's great too! read more

This is indeed a good and safe parking lot, convenient and close to BWI airport, takes about five to ten minutes to get from your car to the terminal, depending on where they tell you to park. Yes, the gate attendant will tell you where to go once you take your ticket or swipe your rewards card. What gives this review two stars is that the past few times I have parked here, I have had to "ask" for the complimentary Baltimore Sun and a bottle of water. They don't automatically offer it to you. Also, I told the driver that I was in a hurry to catch my flight thanks to traffic on the Baltimore Washington Parkway, and he said we're heading to the terminal right now. Not! He drove down the lane and picked up two other people with enormous pieces of luggage! He said on the way there, next time let me know if you're running late and need me to expedite/something to that effect. HELLO? Did you not understand what I said when I first got onto the shuttle???? Returning to my car - during the aftermath of a snowstorm. I was the only passenger on the shuttle coming back. The driver did grab my suitcase for me, but didn't even offer to brush the snow off of my windshield, which would have saved me quite a bit of time. Luckily I had a snow brush and ice scraper. I asked the cashier whether the drivers still brush ice and snow off the windows, she said yes if you asked. I mean, is this McDonalds?? Where employees only do what they have to do? Absolutely hate how this place bounces between pushy and lazy. One trip i will have to walk across the parking lot and wake the driver sleeping in his bus (true story) to the next isitthe driver is knocking on my window less than 30 secs after me pulling in the spot - hadnt even shut off ignition yet - and telling me to hurry up. By the time I unplugged my phone and got out the lady had opened my trunk and started yanking stuff out and my bag was in the back seat. When i told her if she was that impatient to go ahead and i would grab the next one she slammed my liftgate and stomped off to the other aide of the bus. Honestly, if my company didnt require i use them, I wouldnt. Wish it was easier to respond to a response. Thank you FP&R for your response. Amazing how it sounds like my issue for not wanting someone opening my vehicle and taking things. When FastPark & Relax was suggested to me by a friend who travels a lot, I thought it was an odd name. Now that I've used it several times I realize - it's simply the most basic explanation of this service we all crave at the airport: a place to park fast, then relax! The lot is huge - but the gate worker will tell you where to go so you don't have to drive around looking for the one empty spot amid the busy rows. Unless it's a major travel day, I wouldn't be concerned about showing up without a reservation. I've never waited for a shuttle - at the lot or at the airport, they have timing down to a science. The price is about $8/day but it feels like the same service you get at the $10/day lot run by the airport. There's also a frequent parker pass that's a good deal for even a casual traveler. You can pay with a credit card on your way out to speed up your trip home. They'll also give you a free water bottle to quench your post-trip thirst. There are also plenty of decent fast food places nearby if you need to grab a bite before your journey home. read more

I used fast park several times for business related travel. Recently my passenger side door had three dents and the mirror was manually pushed outwards, along with a wipeable mark. Rob the manager said they only pay for bus related incidents. This did not sound like a bus related accident- I agree. I asked him to please review the tapes. He said he would call me back. Never called back. I called him about a week later and he said the cameras are not great and he cannot definitely make out the car next to mine. I was parked there for three days. They will not assist financially with the damages. read more

I used to really enjoy parking here, but after my last visit I wont ever be returning. After a nice vacation I returned to my car literally covered with bird droppings and tree sap, both of which can cause permanent damage to any vehicles paint and clear coat. They parked in row Z which is lined with trees, although shade is nice it also attracts birds galore which in turn defecate on vehicles. My car wasn't the only one covered and I imagine others will be upset about this as well. read more

I've used Airport Fast Park since 2009, and this review is for both the Blue and Red lot, which I've frequented. I used to travel for work sometimes 2 times a month for 6 months at a time. I used to also travel to visit my family once a month. So I used this place ALOT and have plenty of experience with other self-park situations at BWI. First I have to say, the long term parking at BWI is the worst. It takes 20+ minutes for the shuttle to arrive, by that time about 20 people have been waiting with tons of luggage. It's a hassle and it's crowded and I don't want to deal with it. I gave up on that a long time ago. The Express parking at BWI picks you up at your car, which is nice. But the return back is the same as the long term shuttle, too many people waiting for too long takes a long time to get to your car and go home. So I ventured to off site parking, and found Airport Fast Park. In the many (many) times I've taken this service, the following things have been consistent: -When you get in, a shuttle is right behind you and follows you to your parking spot to take you to your terminal. There's no waiting. -They always explain the process, or ask if they need to (where to get picked up, etc). They give you a blue (for blue lot) or red (for red lot) card with your spot number. -The time to the terminal is less than 5 mins. It's never taken longer. -I've never had to wait more than 5 mins for a shuttle upon returning from my flight. Sometimes they're waiting for me. :) -The ride back to my car has never been more than 8 minutes -Free water on the way out -Payment takes no time -The Blue lot is a bit further than the red lot, but I haven't really noticed a time difference -My car is safe and untouched Most of the drivers are really nice and pleasant, and help with the bags. Most of them have carried them from my trunk to the shuttle and vice versa. Occasionally you'll get one that doesn't really help you, but it's so rare. I've never gotten a free newspaper but I'm not a morning traveler. I've also never used their emergency services but as a lone traveler back then I liked that it was available to me and made me feel secure. Some changes since I've used this service. They're now re branding to Fast Park and Relax. However nothing has changed and account information & membership rewards still stay. Also, BWI changed the pickup zone for off site parking (making us walk around the airport a bit, not AFP fault). This causes the AFP shuttles to wait in that area which is nice. The price has gone up about a $1 for each lot since I've originally used it, and though no one is happy about price hikes their service is still the best. Some recommended improvements: the new covered parking is a great add in but I wish it wasn't first come first serve and instead they left some chunks available for certain slots of time. Also, I wish they would save some newspapers for us non-early people :). read more

I travel a bit. I prefer to fly out of BWI for two reasons, even though Dulles and National are fairly equidistant. One being that Southwest flies almost everywhere I like to go, which builds up plenty of frequent flier points. Two being that the parking situation is a breeze. Let me repeat that.... a BREEZE. Easy, hassle free, convenient, did I mention, a breeze? 75% of the time I travel, I travel alone. Regardless of the length of time I am going away for, I typically have two bags maxed out at 49.5 lbs (FREE - thank you Southwest!). While I consider myself a fairly strong and independent individual capable of carrying my own bags, there comes a point in time when struggling to wheel close to 100lbs of luggage, a typically fairly heavy carry-on, a sizable handbag, with heels on....and the wind blowing my hair which immediately sticks to my shiny lip gloss... you get the picture. The knight in shining armor is not my husband. It is Baltimore Airport Fast Park Blue lot. Who else will meet you at your parking space in mere seconds from when you park? Who else carries and loads your luggage on a warm and toasty bus (or cool and chilled bus in the summer)? Who else drops you in front of the front door to your terminal and is ready to pick you up within a few minutes of your return flight home, no matter what time you arrive (love the 24/7 service!) Who else offers you newspapers and free bottled water before you depart? I can't think of anyone else! Also... the more you park, the more you save. $6.40 per day at the blue lot (compared to $7.40/day at the red lot), and every day you stay gives you a point which add up to plenty of perks - such as free parking! And if you sign up for their frequent parking program, you don't even have to keep track of your receipt. Merely swipe your plastic card to check in, and swipe again at check out. The computer system calculates your total charge without the stress of finding a little sheet of paper. So tell me now.... what kind of perks are you getting by parking at the BWI airport??? read more

Though we live in a more and more rabidly individualistic culture in which people don't occupy common public spaces, drive everywhere (we are American) and don't share anything, I will make an exception for this parking lot...because it is just that good. 1) FREE Newspaper 2) FREE WATER BOTTLES!!! Wait, you care about your customer's level of [de]hydration? AMAZING! 3) Friendly Friendly Quick Quick Service. Everything just makes sense here, and it is pretty cheap. They tell you the weather for the next day when they drop you off at your car. It is as if Bruce Wayne is driving the bus. He knows everything! Unbelievable. Let me tell you why this place us so awesome, it's like getting VIP treatment without paying a ton. It's the cheapest place to park near the airport . Once you enter they give you a snack and follow you to your car- thats right, no waiting outside in the cold for a shuttle like at BWI's long term and they drop you off in front of your airlines gate. Service is quick! When the pick you up they drop you off right in front of your car. They also give you water on your way out. (Note you can't pay by 2 means (like cash and credit), service is usually super friendly but if you inconvenience them they're mean, just fyi) read more

Excellent facility. Came back from a week's vacation and my SUV looked to be in the same condition I left it. I parked it at the very end of a row so that I would only have one car beside mine and could pull all the way to one side of my space to have plenty of space between me and the next car. The shuttle picks you up from your parking space and helps you load your luggage. Driver gives you a card with your parking space info. The trip to the airport was very fast and comfortable...much better than when I parked at the airport's own lot. It was much cheaper, too. When we returned, we didn't have to wait for the shuttle as it was already there curbside. We gave the driver the card we were given initially and he took us right to our car and unloaded our luggage. Upon exit, they have a sliding-door cooler with free bottled water. I took only one but I guess you could really take a bunch if you were so inclined to do such a thing. read more

I travel for business and pleasure about two weeks out of every month, and this is generally my parking lot of choice. Prices are reasonable, the facilities are secure, and the door-to-car service is always a plus, even though it seems to take a little while sometimes during the busy times. The upside: The lot is secure and offers great access to 295, which will take you to the main highways in a matter of minutes even during rush hour. Shuttles run regularly and pick you up at your car, taking you to the various airlines. Return shuttles are a little less frequent, both due to distance and heavy usage, but usually arrive within 10 minutes. The drivers are generally easy to flag down. The downside: This is an open lot, so it is not recommended during snow-heavy weeks in the winter. They have built a roofed section that holds of some snow, but you still get hit with some of the blowing stuff, making your departure a little longer. Still, that is not too bad. As noted, it sometimes takes a little while for a pickup in the evenings, but the arrivals area is roofed, so you won't get wet.... The perks: The frequent parker program is a great perk for the business traveler. You earn a free stay with as little as five days, and a free week at 40. I have not paid for vacation parking in several years thanks to this. Pro tip: When pulling up in the morning (pre-8 am), ask the attendant if they have availability in Row Q. This is the first row that gets dropped off on the return leg, so you can shorten your escape from the airport by 5 to 10 minutes through a simple question. read more

I love parking here. I parked at the Fast Park in North Carolina and continue the tradition here. The shuttle always promptly follows you to your car upon arrival, helps load your bags, and sometimes the driver reminds everyone about the essentials (keys, ID, phone) prior to leaving the lot. Complimentary water upon entering or exiting. A word of caution, if parking in row Z, your car will most likely be covered in tree/bird droppings when you return. read more

I parked here for a week for a work trip based on a coworkers recommendation. They give you a row to park in and by the time you park a van is already there to pick you up and take you to the airport. Conversely, you can sometimes feel a bit rushed by this, but in a good way. So the first time I parked here I accidentally left the window to my car open... the entire time I was away. It was secure enough nobody took the jewelry off of my passenger seat. So yea. I like this parking lot. On top of that, they have a rewards program you can sign up for on their website ahead of time, and reward you with free parking after a certain amount of visits. read more

Not sure what happened, but my last two trips just havent been up to the standard. Been parking here for 7 years now, but i might have to cash out on the frequent parking and look around at the competition. As other have been saying recently, there seem to be less buses, even on the busiest week of the year. Waiting in the lot to be picked up and multiple vans for a ride, due to them being jam packed. They use radios, so common sense would say the office would get the info that so many people are waiting and dispatch additional vans.....the other lot seems to do that a lot better. 3 vans from the other lot came and picked up, in the time it took me to get into a van. They rolled one after another to grab everyone.....ours, not so much!!! Fail read more

This place goes above and beyond for their customers. I have been parking at the wrong place all this time when I fly out of BWI. First off it is really inexpensive, about 7 bucks a day. Theres also a loualty program that is free and you can earn free parking days. There are plenty of parking spaces and the person at the booth points you to where to park. If you get there early enough you can take advantage of the free newspapers! The shuttle picked me up promptly and gave me a reminder ticket for where I parked. Getting to my Airline was quick and easy and the driver was super friendly and helpful. Upon my return the shuttles were there ready to take me to my car. They take you directly to your vehicle! Most importantly, my car was still there in the condition I left it lol. Paying was super easy with credi card snd you even can grab a free bottle of water! Totally awesome place, you should probably not think of parking anywhere else around BWI. Alot of other places, parking lots or otherwise, should take some advise from these guys on customer service!!! read more

This was my first and probably my last time parking at the famed "blue lot." Many people have raved to me about Fast Park blue lot and I really just wasn't impressed compared to other BWI off-site parking that I've reviewed. I for one frequent off-site parking not because of the price break (because it really is minimal compared to BWI parking), but the amenities: door to door service, friendly employees, etc. Their shuttles are smaller compared to some of the other off-site parking lots. I did not receive a free paper on my way to my departure flight. The woman at the entrance directed me to a lane that the shuttle was already in so I did not have to wait long when I got there. On arrival back in Baltimore, there was a shuttle waiting but the hiccup came as I pulled into the checkout lane to pay my bill. I couldn't see the attendant but she belted, "Be right there!" Yet probably 3-4 minutes went by and still no come came, so I honked my horn (as I didn't see where she was) and she came running over in a frenzy. She did offer me a bottle of water on my way out though. It's not necessarily a bad option - just one of the many. I was really not too wowed by it! read more
