be warned: stay far away from wilhite law firm. this is a genuine review from a real client who has…read morebeen misled, ignored, and left in the dark for over 2 years. i was involved in an accident where the insurance company clearly accepted liability. yet, despite this, wilhite law firm has done absolutely nothing to move my case forward. they never contacted the adjuster. they never filed the lawsuit they promised. and they have ignored countless calls and emails. within the first 9 months of my case, they assigned me to three different attorneys none of whom stayed long enough to make any progress. the last attorney was promising and told me i had a very strong case. she was responsive... until she abruptly left the firm without notice. and since then? nothing. silence. disrespect. negligence. i've been left with no communication for months at a time. the attorney who was supposedly "in charge" of my case, lane addison, has stopped responding entirely. no emails, no calls, nothing. my caseworker has gone silent as well probably another one who resigned. this firm is a revolving door of lawyers who leave clients stranded midway through their cases. they are disorganized, unresponsive, and utterly incompetent. most of their positive reviews appear paid for or strategically planted., don't be fooled. i fell for it, and i'm still paying the price. if you value your case, your time, and your peace of mind, do not trust wilhite law firm. they will waste years of your life and do nothing. there are far better, more professional firms out there. this is not one of them.

To make matters worse, getting them to fix those issues was difficult and painful to say the least, customer service was horrible and inconsistent. When I got home I noticed so many things not done. We just moved in to our home and wanted someone to do a deep clean before we moved our stuff in. She never touched our shutters (still dirty). The bath has a figure 8 bleach stain from where it was squirted but never cleaned. The windows look like they weren't even touched. The light fixtures are still dusty. I'm honestly not sure what she did in here for two hours. She broke one of my cabinet drawers and never said anything until I confronted her. Luckily I am handy and made something out of nothing. I truly felt she took my money and ran. We contacted her to come back and she agreed but then never showed up. An ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY AND IM VERY DISAPPOINTED.
