He made suggestions and estimated the life span for our particular use. We ended up using them again the same day I picked up our floor decals . This order was for smaller auto/aircraft decals. Everything I've ordered comes in on time and error-free. The few times I've ordered things online, before using Sign-UP, obvious errors weren't corrected and items were late. Not here. Ben thinks outside the box and comes up with some interesting and unique ways of branding. I know he's done some wild and crazy stuff like wrapping vehicles, baseball bats, and shovels. But their brand promise "Signs by Tomorrow" is an outrageous falsehood. The soonest they could get to my simple window decal was next month. Okay fine you have a schedule to keep so I offered double the money to expedite my project to be finished within a week. I was denied due to " how we choose to run our business". Again, your business is called Signs by Tomorrow. If you are that busy you should hire more people to keep your brand promise. Or at least keep something remotely close to it. The last thing I would have expected is zero flexibility to get my project done within a month. Edit: They referred me to another sign shop that was happy to take my business with an expedited rate charge of 25% that Signs by Tomorrow is now calling a bribe and "back door treatment" while implying that I must do "back door deals" in my business (whatever they think that means). Why would they refer me to a business that offered me this exact service if they thought that was not a best business practice? Expedited rate charges are a common business practice offered by every other sign company I have called since cancelling with Signs by Tomorrow. For a business called "Signs by Tomorrow" they are going through a lot just to keep from providing a service within a reasonable turn around time. If they actually valued their clients as they mentioned they would hire more people to enable their clients to be served in a timely manner instead of making them wait a month for service. Edit: Since they have chosen to be rude, sarcastic, and unprofessional towards me since I posted my review I will comment once further. If they posted an ad saying they will give clients "signs by tomorrow" while taking a month to produce signs; that would be false advertisement and they would be prosecuted by the district attorney under the consumer protection act. Since they a have a loophole to exploit in that their trademarked business name is "Signs by Tomorrow", they are abusing the implication of that promise to lure clients under the false pretense of quick service just to be denied and abused if those prospective clients are not happy about it.

I spoke with Kat at MEDiAHEAD on Friday, 7/2 to get a relatively small order for my wedding on…read more7/10. My fiance and I had been working with another company to this point on other orders but they were closed for the holiday weekend. Kat shared that if I got info to her on Friday, 7/2, I'd receive proofs that night. I didn't receive proofs until late afternoon of 7/6 and after our original company sent proofs after returning from the holiday. Kat & MEDiAHEAD's proofs were incorrect and late. I did not approve any proofs or agree to anything. Kat sends the email that's attached the night before our wedding. As this point, my only interactions with her is our conversation on 7/2. I went to their office to speak with a manager or someone not named Kat. Their staff seemed very aloof and not sure who else to talk to. I spoke with Mike and he joked that Kat can be a handful. He was not assuring or provided any support before telling Kat I was there. Mike was in no way helpful. I spoke with Kat and she was not authentic I her apology. She felt calling me a scumbag was warranted because I had ghosted her, held up her staff, and she had a bad day. She also shared that she apologized to the venue that referred us to her. If it wasnt for me coming to their office, the only apology that would have been issued was to the venue and not the actual person who was called a scumbag. She had put the effort in to reach out to the venue and she had the effort to craft an email to tell me I'm a scumbag but could find the effort to admit any fault. Very disappointing. Additionally, she accused me of having shared their artwork with our original printer. That is entirely untrue and not possible given I received proofs from MEDiAHEAD AFTER the other company. From being called a scumbag for not purchasing nameplates, being alleged to sharing proprietary artwork with a competitor, to having my interactions downplayed, my experiences with Kat and the team at MEDiAHEAD was awful and would not recommend.

You can email them your files. This allows for you to not have to leave and come back for those bigger jobs. 2. Speedy printing (depending on the job, of course. If it's not too big a job, they do same day printing. Bigger jobs, you will want to give them a day's notice. 3. Good customer service. Can a copy shop really be like Cheers? If so, this is the one. 4. Competitive prices. I know that when I first got a job done here after having to rely on Fed Ex/Kinkos, I was pleasantly surprised by how much cheaper they are. They did a huge vinyl banner for me for about a hundred bucks, which would have been a lot more at Fed Ex/Kinkos (sorry, I think they'll always be Kinkos to me). And there you have it! In the spirit of Yelp, I implore you to use the independently owned business instead of the big guys. In this case, considering convenience, price, and customer service, there's no reason not to. Closed on Sundays, however!

I wanted a sticker of a particular guitar with a well known classic rock band logo over the guitar…read moreneck. I wanted the guitar sticker to be full scale, the same dimensions as the actual guitar. I wanted this sticker and logo to be the center point of attention on the hood of my vinyl wrapped fun car. I first emailed the description and artwork to the owner of See More Signs. The owner replied saying that they could make a sticker of a full scale guitar and could do that in a few days. He gave me a price quote. A few business days later he sent me the artwork of the guitar and logo. The guitar and logo looked good but I needed the size of the guitar to be another half inch wider at the bottom of the guitar, another half inch wider in the middle of the guitar and the logo to be 2 inches wider and have at least another inch in height. I mentioned all this in my first email. The only revision made was they added some height to the logo. I emailed him back explaining revisions still needed to be made and I was told that their designer had several projects in front of mine but he would get back with me soon. About two weeks later I received what was supposed to be the revised artwork but nothing had changed! The dimensions were still the same so I went in to the store a few days later and the owner told me he had time to revise the dimensions while I was there. I stood right next to him as he revised the dimensions on his computer. Everything looked great, I was glad that I went in the store to make sure the revisions were made. I paid a partial payment for the sticker and left happy, believing the sticker and logo were going to be the exact dimensions that I needed them to be. A week later they called me to say the sticker was ready to be installed on my car. I drove there excited that this was finally going to be done but when I saw the sticker I quickly realized that the dimensions of the guitar and the logo had not be revised. The revised dimensions were not saved! It had been at least 4 weeks by this time since I first emailed them and the weather was beginning to get colder so I allowed them to put the sticker on my hood which I shouldn't have. They did an excellent job installing the sticker on the hood of my car but I was not pleased about the dimensions being inaccurate. The height of the guitar looks good but the width looks like crap, it's too thin or narrow. It may be "close enough" but I paid $236 for this sticker so "close enough" doesn't cut it. To them, that's not much money for a project, I know they take on much bigger projects from local businesses that earn them thousands of dollars, so I believe the issue why they screwed up my project was because they didn't care about my project, it was low priority being only $236. To me, $236 is a nice size chunk of money for a guitar sticker that turned out to be a waste of time, effort and money because it's simply not accurate. I emailed the owner a day later to let him know that I wasn't pleased about the sticker and logo dimensions not being correct and asked why the revised dimensions weren't saved. He didn't reply. He might not have read my email. I don't know. I chose See More Signs because they were close by to where I live at. I didn't take the time to find out if there was another sign company close by to me. I should have. I don't know why the location says "San Francisco" underneath my name at the top. I live in Kansas City.
