Think invites, menus, training manuals, brochures and possibly even direct mail. I didn't need any of those things. I walked in and asked if they could print a pdf of a the front of the local newspaper's sports section when Sporting Kansas City won the MLS Cup. They said yes and they did me solid. I'll admit, I don't think this is an everyday thing, but it was nice of them to take some time to help me out. I have an awesome four color print and it's hanging on my wall. In the middle of a panic, late Saturday night, and into Sunday, I started to reach out to local shops, hoping that at the very least someone would reach out to me on Monday, since most, if not, all of them were closed on Sundays. Sure enough I eventually found MOSS Printing, and saw that Jose generously put his personal cell number up for people to reach out to him. So Sunday morning I sent him a message, and within 15 minutes he calls me directly after reading my message to talk over the details. Within five minutes of speaking over the phone, he said that it would be no problem to handle our last second print job for the wedding programs, and told me he'd be in first thing Monday morning to do it personally. After coming in Monday morning on April 17, I met Jose in person, gave him the file for the front and back of the program. as well as dimensions and total amount that I needed, and same day at 4 PM all 150 of the wedding programs were printed and ready to go for me to pick up. They looked great, felt great, and Jose was able to find a nearly identical type of paper to what we had already used for other aspects of the wedding. Throughout the entire process, Jose, exhibited great communication and was fun to chat with as well. The guy helping me made sure my photo met government guidelines for passport photos and was the correct size. I got the exact picture I needed for my new passport and was off.
